Emma was brilliant yesterday. Very patient, understanding, kind. Very thorough in her questions and medical history taking. She has a very holistic approach to the problem solving - not just a few exercises! Really liked the mixture of therapeutic approaches. Probably the best physio my husband and I have seen.

First class professional service from Emma. Had an initial consultation in the morning to identify the issue and had a exercise program drop in my email in the afternoon.

Emma has such a warm and carming presence making you feel relaxed, even when youv come in stressed or in discomfort. She has amazing healing hands (i always feel better after a session with Emma) and is so knowledgeable, I'd Definitely recommend her.

Emma has made such a difference to an injury i thought would prevent me carrying on with life "as normal". She has such a friendly but professional approach and a great sense of understanding and positivity. Im so pleased to have found her.

Update: Emma's treatment has really worked; the imbalance in muscle etc. left by the operation is disappearing, and my neck and shoulder are feeling better than they have done for years. I am so grateful!

Went to see Emma about an issue I was having with my neck/shoulder, I was getting awful on and off pain and was finding it difficult to cope with reg tasks when having bad days with it, Emma was extremely helpful, she listened to me, and reassured me that it was just a muscle issue, and with only 2 sessions of hands on massage and sending me away with regular stretches I feel much better, if you’re unsure like I was it’s well worth giving her an email, she very much wants to see you better and wants the best for everyone that sees her

Emma is fantastic. I have had lower back pain for ages, which was getting progressively, and then got significantly, worse. She was reassuring, and after a few treatments and me diligently doing the exercises she set me, I am hugely improved. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and a lovely person too! Emma is amazing! She's so knowledgeable and can pinpoint a problem quickly. She advises what exercises to do to help relieve the problem and is on hand to help and encourage. I've had a few niggles over the years and with Emma's help, these niggles have been relived and I've been able to carry on working and exercising. Highly recommend!

Great physio and sports massage to keep me moving. Emma is so friendly, puts you at ease, and listens to what's causing problems before diagnosing possible issues. My back, shoulders and calves have all benefitted!
