Great service by LM Plumbing. I needed three radiators replaced and the pipework sorted out. Luke came round to quote and Tom carried out the work - both were great, and extremely helpful with any questions I had. Always on time, friendly and professional. Emma also kept me up to date with the whole process which was great. A very trustworthy company that I will be using for all other work I need. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We've used LM Plumbers for two annual boiler services and a boiler repair. We'll definitely be asking them back next time and if ever we need a reliable plumber, we'll be calling them. Their communication is good, the plumber respectful and, as we discovered this year, they're prepared to come out quickly when something goes wrong - in our case a rubber 'O' ring that had failed. I'm happy to give LM Plumbers 5 stars because I cannot fault their service and customer care.

I called LM Plumbers to quote for a boiler replacement. Luke came out the next day to look at my property in Stourport and advised on the best system. He was so helpful and based on the other reviews I'd read, I felt confident they'd do a great job.The engineer Sam who performed the work was very polite and left my property immaculate after the job was compete. I can't recommend this team enough!

LM sent one of their heating engineers, Sam, to carry out a service on our central heating boiler. His work was excellent, clean, tidy, and very thorough. He carried out a much more comprehensive service than previous companies had provided. They also provided me with a full written report. Last but not least it was excellent value for money! I will certainly be using them for my next annual service.

Despite having to wait a few weeks for the correct sized tank, I was kept in touch throughout, the plumber arrived on time and did a clean and professional job. The team is very trustworthy and responsive, and I unhesitatingly recommend LM to anyone needing a plumber in the Worcester area.

I needed to replace an aging central heating boiler in the cellar with a new combi-boiler in a new location on the first floor. It was a big job with rerouting & upgrading of gas and water pipes that required taking up the floor boards, which in an old Victorian house can be a real pain. However, LM Plumbers completed the job efficiently with minimal disruption, and to an excellent standard of workmanship. The quote was turned around in 24 hours and the job completed and the boiler commissioned on time, with just a two week wait from accepting the quote to starting the job. Thanks to Luke, Sam, Tom & Fleur for all your hard work.

Excellent work by LM plumbing. This is the first time that I have used them but everything was excellent including the quotation process, work itself (new 36KW boiler) and several smaller jobs including new shower screen, piping and taps. Very good work by Tom and Sam, with Luke coordinating. All done on time, friendly workers and the house left clean and tidy.

Quality work at affordable prices. Communication and responsiveness is often where businesses let themselves down, but definitely not LM Plumbers. I was so impressed by the work done and the speed at resolving my boiler issue. They kept me informed on the problem, what needed to be done and time to resolve. Thoroughly recommend them compared to others I have used.

I cannot recommend enough. Went above and beyond. I had already heard good things about LM Plumbing and always see them recommended on social media and clearly for good reason. Kind compassionate and absolutely top drawer at what they do. Pricing, customer service and completion of the job are really five star PLUS!

After we had been let down by another local company we did a search on Google and found LM Plumbers. We rang Luke and explained our sticky situation and he said he would help us. He came out the same day to see the job, which was replace 9 normal radiators with column radiators. There were pipes to realign as well. We explained that being a listed building all the walls were lime plastered with some being lath and plaster and that it wouldn't be the easiest of tasks. Luke assured us he could do it and he wasn't wrong. They came the following week and did an amazing job, extremely clean and friendly with outstanding workmanship. They even waited so that we could repair/decorate behind each radiator before refitting.
Excellent company, Excellent team. Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars otherwise I would have given more.. Thanks again Luke and team.

Had a issues with old plumbing and a new boiler fitted. The guys at LM are brilliant. Really professional high class service end to end. I rang LM Plumbers at 5.30 pm in a panic after deciding to remove a radiator from a wall in my house and it going terribly wrong. Although they were fully booked and unable to attend Luke was somehow able to triage the issue and walk me through a step by step fix to get me by till he was able to come . This was all done via a WhatsApp video call. Thank you so much ! This amazing customer service meant I could get the heating back on. It-2 that night.

Luke,sam and Tom are all lovely, professional and professional! As a letting company I work for we use them on the daily and can not fault the one bit!
