If you like burgers you need to visit Hanbao in Worcester. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out the service is impeccable. Fabulous atmosphere and Fabulous food. The staff staff are very knowledgeable about all their products and take your order without writing it down. A revisit will definitely be on the cards.

Food was great and service really quick. Treated my partner and we had 2 burgers, waffle fries, special mac n cheese side and 2 drinks. Total bill was £46 which is pretty good! Loved my odd future burger...was very tasty and juicy. Partner had the enter the dragon burger which had a nice kick to it.

Went in with an open mind and came out pleasantly surprised by an Asian twist on Burgers! Opting for the Odd Future burger while my teenage kids played it safe with more traditional sounding burgers all done perfectly well. The Odd Future was a bit sweet for my personal taste but delivered on quality. A sort of savory sweet combination with lots of different texture as you bite through the toasted donut bun, crispy maple smoked bacon, really flavourful beef patty, hint of chilly and some other relish, ending with a gooey cinnamon sugar in the bottom hole. Wow that was something unexpected, but it worked for me. Definitely coming back to try another sensation.

First time visit...not disappointed. Service so friendly (Andy) and so accommodating. Burger and loaded fries were delicious. Bakewell tart cocktail one of the best I've had, would love to return.

Food is amazing, not too pricey for what you get. We managed to get a table on a Saturday evening without a booking, only downside was how slow the service was, understandable on a busy night but still a bit of a pain. All the staff were really lovely as well.

I've been meaning to come here for years!
I follow all the social media posts and the FOMO got me as soon as I saw the festive menu!
The whole concept is East meets West, an Asian twist on your everyday Burgers.
We were warmly greeted and seated straight away. The menu has lots of choice.
My son had the Odd Future burger, while I took on the Xmas Beast!
Presentation is spot on and the food cooked perfectly. We didn't have to wait long before our order came out.
The Odd Future was a hit, unusual, but enjoyable and the Shaolin fries were devoured. Now the Xmas Beast... was an absolute pleasure 😋
I had to eat it layer by layer and no idea why I ordered fries... couldn't find room for them!!!
It isn't the cheapest option at all, but the food quality is well worth the money.
Watch for hidden charges though, when you innocently say yes to some sauce for your fries... it's chargeable!!!
Apparently a blob of bbq sauce is classed as a side 🙄
There is street parking and multistorey parking nearby.

The best experience. 10/10 for the food, drinks, service, atmosphere, staff. Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend. Staff went above & beyond for an allergy. We would have stayed here all night drinking the amazing cocktails. Me & my boyfriend had a great experience thank you.

This was a slightly apprehensive return visit as my first experience here was very average but it would seem the years have been good to Hanbao.
I very much enjoyed my food I just opted for a simple cheese burger with extra bacon which was cooked to perfection and very tasty the chicken tenders were excellent and the dirty waffle fries were also really good.
Ill come back soon for definite.

This is a 4.5 star - 5 star when you start doing deserts.

Cocktails (negroni, spritz, house cocktail) on point, did not scrimp on the booze.

Burgers and sides - quality meets quantity. The Asian twist brings a third dimension to the flavor profiles that is quite unique to this restaurant.

Service - (served by Alex) attentive friendly service, food came quickly - Alex provided recommendations for where to continue the night. Very good.

Hell of a Halloween special!
This place has been on my list for a long time and it even managed to exceed my expectations.
Food and service were SUPERB.
I opted for a filthy looking Halloween special (boneless thug n char siu honey) and it slapped hard! Delicious chunk of boneless rib and a tasty thick beef patty. I asked for the wasabi mayo to come separate for fear it might be spicy but that didn't happen. Fortunately it wasn't spicy and also complimented the other flavours really well.

The less great parts were the slaw, which needed mayo or sauce because it was just dry flakes of cabbage, and the pickle slices could've been heftier in size. Those are both more of a personal preference though and certainly didn't stop me enjoying every single bite of what was one of the best burgers I've had for a while.

I also had the Tiger Style fries but paid extra to use waffle fries. Really great flavour but not the biggest of portions. The fried shredded chicken was more batter than chicken too. I wish I'd ordered the tenders instead to get more meat.

The burger was the most important thing and was the highlight for sure! Overall it all went down a treat though and the smiling staff were faultless.
The venue itself is awesome aswell.
Definitely somewhere I will likely visit again.

Absolutely beautiful food, couldn't fault it. Perfect sized menu, enough to please all. The cocktails are a piece of art in themselves, and the decor is stunning. & to top it all off, the staff make it what it is. They were so friendly, a real credit to the business!

Absolutely tasty as always been visiting for last 3 year never doubted a visit back!

Only tiny comment would be the waffles was absolutely tasty but also a teeny bit harder for my liking as it crumbled away so so easily but might have been the odd one!

Great food, generous portions! Always worth checking out the specials. Really enjoy the choice of cocktails too Attentive and friendly staff. Been a few times and never disappointed, will continue to visit when in Worcester! Just to note, last visit was when it was super cold outside (so totally understand the heating system may have been challenged) but it was a bit chilly inside.

Amazing burger place. Everything from the decor to the staff to the food. If you love burgers (or even just food), you need to visit this place. The menu has a bit of an Asian style to it which works so well. The topped fries are honestly some of the I have ever had.

The burger menu is great and vary varied, I have tried the Juicy and the Piggie Smalls and both are amazing. Any Pattie can be swapped for beef/chicken so you don’t have to have exactly what it says on the menu. The loaded fries can also be swapped to waffle fries which I would hugely recommend.

They now also have chicken tenders on the menu which taste great. The batter is really crispy/crunchy, but chicken is beautifully tender inside. They have a great choice of dips to chose from too, so make sure you get a few to try them all!

A big shoutout to the staff too, always friendly and knowledgeable on the menu, happy to make recommendations too when you can’t decide!

This meal was incredible. The fries alone are reason enough to return! Lovely quirky place, but ever so slightly too loud due to the music. Otherwise, it's amazing!

Been going for a couple of years now. And still love the place. Food is excellent, Staff are really friendly, and they do great (bourbon) cocktails. Kids meal is also great value… Burger Fries and a drink = 7

Absolutely the best burger place in the area! Small menu but quality is excellent! I'd recommend any of the burgers.

Only issue is the music is a bit loud.

Always a good burger night and the 'juicy' is one of the best they do. They are launching new burgers and drinks but I am truly devastated that the 'purple haze' has been taken off the menu! I object!😢
The only other negative was the music which was a little loud for conversation but then it was a Friday night.
Still our favourite burger place and can't wait to see the new options to add to the chicken tenders and wings as every dish has its own signature taste 😋😍
