Go Eco Glamping

This place is a must go!

It has been a while since we had been overnight to stay somewhere because of COVID, and we were the first couple to stay at Go Eco Glamping since it has re-opened. Terresa kept us well informed of all of the changes that have been made due to COVID, there is hand sanitiser placed on the gate for when you arrive, masks are worn in communal areas, the Yurt's are deep cleaned and left for three days prior to deep cleaning again. Terresa informed us that there are normally other little perks in the Yurt (e.g. telescope for stargazing, robes for the hot tub etc) but due to cleaning they have been removed but some of the items would be available on request. We felt so safe! The hosts were incredible at ensuring their own and their customers safety during this time.

This place has absolutely everything you will need for a well-deserved break from the world, whilst enjoying all of your home comforts. The facilities here are second to none, Modern bathroom and kitchen are situated right next to the yurt for personal use. The bed is SO comfortable, there is a table to eat outside on the deck and a table to eat inside, a dressing table with a small (but mighty) hairdryer, a TV...and the list goes on, we really couldn't fault the facilities.

There is also a wood fired hot tub and a fire pit for personal use, you can fire these up yourselves with the guides that the hosts have in the Yurt, or a quick message to Chris to light them prior to you get home in the evening also is a huge pro!

The hosts are a lovely couple, very kind and attentive, nothing is too much to ask, but also they give you your privacy.

Don’t give up a chance to experience this perfect getaway. This is our second visit and it was just as perfect as the first, even with some changes due to Covid.

We felt completely safe throughout the whole visit. The yurt and facilities are perfect and the hot tub is just incredible. You have a level of privacy which is hard to find. We stopped in the lakeside yurt and loved watching the birds and hearing the animals.

What makes this stay even more amazing, is the hosts. Terresa and Chris are so kind and helpful. They’re only a shout away but also give you privacy.

Perfect stay! Can’t wait to go again.

Myself and my husband have just returned from a 2 night stay at this amazing place.
Oakvale Eco Glamping is an experience like no other. Our Stunning Mongolian Yurt had a four poster bed with our own fully equipped little kitchen and bathroom, all on the same level decking as our yurt. ( No sharing with any one!!) As we arrived the wonderful hosts Terresa and Chris had lit our hot tub. We literally unpacked, quick shower and in the hot tub with a much needed glass of wine after our long journey. This lovely couple have thought of everything in this stay! Their attention to detail is simply exceptional.
Welsh snacks, fresh laid eggs( from their hens) in the kitchen along with fresh milk . They supply their own eco friendly toiletries in the bathroom plus loo roll as it is in keeping with their sanitary system etc..Last night we lit the fire pit and hot tub and star gazed....utter bliss.We even lit a little BBQ ( they sell bits and bobs in their little shop should you need anything) I've come home with a big pot of home made jam.
There's a lake at the bottom of the field where an otter lives. Red kites and Osprey fly low over the Yurts.. This place is a slice of heaven and to appreciate it , you must visit it.

Amazing hospitality, from start to finish.

Every detail was thought of, from the welcome at arrival to check out. Terresa and Chris were the most perfect hosts, ensuring that the hot tub was hot when we arrived and the fire pit was blazing!

Everything was spectacular, from the welcome basket, the robes, the soft linen, beautiful bed (I’ve never slept so well) everything was so amazing!

Amazing views and lovely land to take a walk through!

I felt the most relaxed I have ever felt and we appreciated you looking after us during our stay.

I didn’t want to leave and really would love to come back again. It was well worth the 7 hour drive.

If anyone is looking into staying here, I recommend that you don’t hesitate. Get yourself booked in as soon as possible.

Absolutely brilliant in every single way. Extreme comfort and relaxation, lots of privacy. The wood fired hot tub is perfect, the views are delicious, the wild birds eating out of your hand are gobsmacking, the bed is a cloud, plenty of hot water and a great shower, a kitchen with everything you could need, fantastic hosts. You absolutely must go, you'd be missing a trick if you didn't and you may just have the best time ever. I did, and my boyfriend pretty much had to drag me away on check out day..😍😍
