I cannot fault the fantastic work that Julie, Robbie and Liam did that resulted in the speedy and efficient sale of my father’s house. They are all exceptionally good communicators and really understand the situation of their clients and tailor their approach accordingly. They found ideal buyers for the house and helped me at every step when I needed advice about local services and tradesmen. Most importantly they are a very likeable and honest team who really care about their work and have excellent knowledge of the local area. Highly recommended!

I can't recommend Julie and Robbie enough - not only did they sell our house within a week (I'm sure in part due to their great photos), but their communication throughout the whole process has been fantastic. We have worked with some other larger local agents in the past, and the experience with Wingate and Withers was completely different - it felt like they took the time to get to know us and treated us like individuals rather than just clients. Liam and the team were absolutely fantastic and helped us buy our first home! From our first encounter/ viewing, I knew I didn't want to work with any other agency. People stereotype estate agents in a bad light. I have experienced this with lazy, unhelpful and aggressive bullying behaviour when trying to sell my property in the past. I've even had other agents trying to poach the sale of my house from my estate agents. Wingate and Withers is completely the opposite.

Robbie, Julie, Liam and the team went beyond what was expected of them. They have now set a standard which I don't think any other agents aren't even close to. The team at Wingate & Withers made us feel they were invested completely with the sale of our property keeping us updated constantly through the system. They gave honest opinions and advice to help us through the sale which is always going to be stressful but luckily we had them to reduce the stress.

I can only recommend Robbie, Liam and the team, very approachable, personable and professional. Very communicative, unlike many other Estate Agents they actually care about their clients needs and have very deep knowledge of the local area. We had extremely slow conveyancers on both sides, the team at W&W were always willing to help chase up the vendor and solicitors, we would most probably have pulled out of the deal if it hadn't been for W&W. I can only recommend W&W, you are in safe hands!!
