Huge thanks to Joe for coming out so quickly to repair my leaking/broken/blocked gutter which was causing water to soak through the roof of my bay window into the house. Really nice guy, got straight on with the job and saved me from ending up with further water damage in the house. Fair pricing for a very prompt call out in the rain. Highly recommended.

First time used this company. I was a little sceptical and suspicious only because of having been let down by so many builders saying they'd turn up but never did. Joe came as said he would listened to what was required and written quote was issued on the day. Joe even came into the house to look at what i was trying to explain and even took his shoes off without being asked which was wow- didnt expect that but shows he has respect for ones property. Fitted the job in sooner than later which i am very grateful due to possible extended damage if left. Reassured by April regards payment/deposit- communication efficient and transparent. No pressure. Joe came on the day arranged and completed the work with no fuss cleared what was needed to be cleared. Worked efficiently and explained anything that needed doing. Good down to earth chap worked hard throughout changing a rusty decayed cast iron gutter that was leaking and part of roof that was leaking.
Very pleased with work done. Will definitely be using again.

Roof repair. Joe came and inspected our roof last week. Quickly received our quote & April managed to squeeze us in at our convieniance. Did a great job replacing the broken tiles. Lovely man & turned up on time. Would highly recommend.

Joe came out in less than 24 hours and fixed the problem in 5 minutes without charge, he also kindly fixed an issue with the roof tiles left by a previous contractor. Excellent service will 100% use again. We were not at home whilst the Joe was there and he was totally honest and trustworthy ! cheers both

Fab experience with these guys repairing my roof. They pulled out all the stops to fit me in within 24 hours of my call because water was coming through into one of the bedrooms. Had dry ridge system and chimney repointing and fixing due to storm damage last year. I have never used a roofing company before and i was recommended word of mouth to try J&A , i was really surprised the service , communication and quality of work and at a very competitive price.
