I am really surprised at some of the poor reviews?! I have just ended a five year rental of a garage unit, with no problems throughout the whole lease. Chris is a delightful character and both he and Judith have given me exceptional service! My deposit was returned with no issues? Nothing but praise 🤩

After reading the reviews I thought compelled to add my experience. I’ve been with Chris and Premier for 17 years continuously. I’ve never had any problems with service or attitude and always found friendly advice and council in any issues that are tenant caused. Have always given great service and gone beyond great at times helping me with property advice for example leases extension. I’ve never had a void between tenants longer than reasonable turnaround (inspection, checkout and spruce up), rent arrives immediately after tenants pays the office unlike some agents that use clients rent money to cash flow their business and mails are answered clearly and concisely ‘immediately’ with respect to the time difference of where I live and the UK.

I feel compelled to share my dreadful experience with Premier Sales and Lettings, and especially with Chris, who has demonstrated an astonishing lack of professionalism and basic decency throughout my interactions with the company.

One of the most significant issues I faced was their complete negligence when it came to returning my deposit. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they simply chose to ignore my calls and emails. The utter disregard for my hard-earned money, which I am entitled to, was both infuriating and deeply concerning. It's shocking how a company that deals with property rentals can be so dismissive of their legal obligations to their clients.

Not only did Premier Sales and Lettings fail to respond promptly, but when they finally did, it was with a level of rudeness that is unparalleled. Chris, displayed a shocking lack of empathy and respect, treating my concerns with contempt and brushing off the issue as if it were inconsequential. His behaviour was not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful to someone who had trusted their company with their financial matters.

The complete lack of accountability and the unresponsiveness displayed by this company, particularly concerning the return of my deposit, has left me in a state of disbelief. It's disheartening to think that businesses like Premier Sales and Lettings are allowed to operate with such disregard for their customers' rights and well-being.

I implore anyone reading this review to steer clear of Premier Sales and Lettings. The apathy shown towards returning my deposit and the overall lack of professionalism, especially from Chris, make this company an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the anguish and financial stress – find a reputable agency that values its customers and treats them with the respect they deserve.

PLEASE we aware of this LETTING AGENCY, they really bad people, we were under too much stressed, because the house that we rented with them, the basic household appliances did not work, it was christmas time so we were under a lot of pressure, since we had nowhere to cook. We spent a lot of money on take aways, and when we called them for help they only gave us excuses.

I am utterly disgusted with the services provided by premier sales and lettings. Their unprofessionalism and complete lack of accountability from start to finish, has been a nightmare.

First and foremost, their handling of my deposit has been nothing short of infuriating. Despite clear contractual obligations, premier sales and lettings made deductions without any evidence, even when we asked for it, it was never produced. This blatant disregard for their responsibilities is a testament to their lack of integrity.

Furthermore, the simple task of sending a checkout report (which Chris said we were not privy to) has proven to be an insurmountable challenge for them. A week of many emails and calls and yet still waiting for a report that should have been provided promptly. Their inability to fulfill such a basic obligation showcases their sheer incompetence and negligence.

Communication with Chris at premier lettings has been an exercise in frustration. Emails have gone unanswered, and phone calls have been met with empty promises and excuses. Their unresponsiveness has added unnecessary stress to an already unpleasant situation. They are also never in their office!

I implore anyone considering using premier sales and lettings to steer clear. Chris’ lack of professionalism, failure to meet basic responsibilities, and untrustworthy behaviour make them a prime example of everything that can go wrong when dealing with an estate agent. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable and reliable agency that actually values its clients

I wasn’t going to leave a review as quite frankly I am pleased my tenancy has ended, and didn’t want to speak or think about Premier Lettings ever again but after seeing a few of the other reviews I feel obliged to share my experience.

Please avoid any dealings with this estate agents at all costs! They are completely unreliable, unprofessional and incompetent. Especially when it comes to important financial matters like the return of your deposit and generally everything to do with your end of tenancy.

Chris in particular is extremely rude and the fact this is reiterated in many of the reviews I have just read speaks volumes. Getting any kind of response from him would be classed as a miracle as he continuously ignores your emails and calls. The office is never open so you can’t even go and discuss matters in person. On the off chance your phone call is answered you are hurried off the phone and your thoughts are pushed aside with your opinions being written off as invalid.

All in all if I could give 0 stars I absolutely would because they are awful.

Literally the worst humans I’ve ever met. Totally incompetent, rude, unorganised and seem to NEVER be in the office. Do not use.

Chris is also just a strange man with no interpersonal skills; all interactions are awkward, jilted, unprofessional and unhelpful.

Because the owner hasn’t done the repair two toilet flush and the boiler and the painting in the other bathroom and van

SCAMMERS, they rent us house with non working appliances and they came back to us after 2-3 weeks , now they give us hell with the deposit , DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THEM .

This is a fake estate agent.They don’t pick up calls just collect holding deposits and then do not correspond after. They are linked to a fake referencing company called rentcheck. Please no one be fooled by this company. Horrendous reviews as they are a FRAUD

Warning: Not a member of the property ombudsman, stay far away as it's a shady business with predatory practices... Be warned they will keep your deposit and you will have no recourse
