Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure all of my queries were answered and any issues resolved with no fuss. I am very happy with my van and would highly recommend using HollyTree if you are in the market for a used van or car.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the high quality customer service and attention to detail from John at Hollytree. I bought a 2015 BMW 5 Series which was a good price. It had a few marks here and there and these were all sorted before sale as agreed with John. After the purchase I also had what I thought was a problem (but turned out not to be) and again John sorted this immediately. In summary I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. P.S. Don't be put off by the look of the place - if you want plate glass modern showrooms you're going to pay more money for the privilege.

Bought my car yesterday afternoon (19/9/20), salesman John was honest, genuine and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Coming from Scotland, we phoned to enquire about the car to start with, John was honest and told us about the little faults that the car has and sent a close up video so we could get a proper look at what he was telling us so we didn’t waste our time and fuel travelling so far. We decided to go for a look & we were not disappointed the car is brilliant. The whole team were brilliant & even the owner Dean took time to speak to us. The guys at Hollytree trade sales are absolutely brilliant. Bought a car off them and the process was very smooth. Rang the guys up at around noon to enquire about the car. They were very transparent and explained everything about the car to me over the phone as I couldn't travel down to see it. Come 5pm the same day the car was outside my house. Stuart the driver absolutely pulled it out the bag with that one! Car looked exactly as described and have peace of mind over any issues with 3 months RAC warranty. All in all a great experience!

Bought a car from them last year for a great price. Not only was the car great value for money, but the customer service (particularly post sale support) was excellent. I had an issue with the tax where DVLA had classed it in the wrong tax bracket, meaning I was being charged seven times what it should be. The guys at Holly Tree sorted this out for me, getting me a refund and the tax class corrected. Would highly recommend!
