Really impressed by how informative the team were, both at the point of ordering and when I went to pick it up. Dan provided any information I could possibly need and Clinton made me feel at ease going through all the paperwork and sending me out on a test drive.

Can recommend this dealer highly as I absolutely hate the whole car buying/part-exing malarkey and I always feel it’s a struggle and a risk. We saw the car we liked online and visited and we’re dealing with Jack who reviewed our own car for part-ex, made the process painless and fair and we saw the car and test drove it and liked it. Ended up buying it and the small marks will be dealt with.
The reviews in here say a lot which is why we went and it’s easy to see why people feel happy buying here.

Just bought a car from Nuneaton Car Sales and what an excellent experience it was.

Great selection of cars but in particular I was hugely impressed by all the people that I dealt with.

From start to finish I felt like a valued customer with the team attentive to my needs and willing to make sure everything was just right for me.

In particular David who looked after me when I first came to look at the car was brilliant and he did a great job keeping me up to date whilst the car was being prepared or me. Unfortunately David was with another customer when I came to collect the car (I turned up a bit later than expected!); however another member of the team (Jack) did a fabulous job of the remaining admin and hand over.

At no stage did I feel pressured and everything was explained to me in clear and helpful terms, with complete clarity over price (which was very competitive).

This isn't a small business by any means with a huge selection of cars, but the service was personable as you would expect in a small business.

Could not recommend more!
