Bought a car from here around 10 months ago now. Car was as described, and has not needed any major work since buying it. It has needed minor work (as expected for an older car), but nothing that was a surprise. I have been keeping an eye on their stock and have recommended them to a few friends since.

Went to Focus car sales today to get a car for my dad who hasn’t driven for a couple of years, Steve met us and was absolutely lovely and accommodating, car was lovely and a great price, went for a test drive and yes he wanted the car! Then met Hari who also was absolutely lovely and once again accommodating, cannot recommend them enough.

Absolutely brilliant, brought a car off them a few years a go and the after service is second to none and Hari in the office is a total Gent - I take all my cars there now for MOT's / servicing etc and I have never had an issue. Can not recommend them enough. If and when I have to buy a new car it will be from Focus Car Sales

Just bought a van from here it is in excellent condition just as it was described in the add. very clean and straight no pushy sales man or staff the manager Hari is a well mannered and very honest bloke and definitely knows his stuff if you are looking to buy a great car then I would highly recommend this place. Hari and his team gave me full confidence in the car when I was interested was not forced they were very relaxed and wanted to make sure it was the right car for me. Really good experience with Harry from focus car sales. I bought a really nice Honda Civic from him but noticed a couple of minor issues after sale. Harry really looked after me well and offered to pay for my car to be serviced in Sheffield (which is a fair way from Nuneaton). He also made sure I got the minor issues sorted. He was very pleasent throughout and looked after me really well after the sale.

Over the years we have had a few cars from here. Harry and his team are genuinely nice people..we now live in Cornwall and would gladly go back to Nuneaton when we need another car. Still happy with the mondeo we purchased from here.
