Nonsuch Park

A beautiful and huge park close to the city. Perfect spot for a family outing, casual walk, cycling and pets. Lush green lawns and huge trees with plenty of birds and squirrels around.

Really lovely park, with a walled garden (dog free) and many acres of open space (dogs welcome). The mansion has a nice coffee shop that serves hot drinks, cakes, ice-creams etc. Lots of parking but it gets very busy at weekends.

There are many choices of walks around the grounds with some interesting history. I didn't get to see the mansion inside due to an event, but the grounds and gardens were a delight, especially during this time when all is in bloom. I specifically loved the assortment of trees bearing their nuts (pun intended). I was quite surprised on how tame the squirrels were, as well as seeing so many in one busy area of the gardens. I was also very surprised to find hops growing wild. Definitely worth a walk around.

A beautiful park with miles of open grassland, mature trees, surfaced paths & muddy meanders. Lovely for dog walkers. Pleasant cafe with a formal garden attached. Worth a visit.

It’s a beautiful park with a manor house. It also has stretches of woods where you can take a stroll while admiring the beauty around. Lovely place to have a picnic with your family & friends.

Plenty of parking and a lovely walk around the park.

There's even a dog free section to walk around and explore with children who might be nervous with dogs.

Beautiful mansion, could be a little better sign posted. There's a cafe too, but I didn't stop by.

Nonsuch park is a good place for everything! There are flat area for picnic on the grass, there are trails where you can walk with your stroller and dogs. There are so many squirrels that are not afraid of people! My daughter had a good watch of squirrels!

Beautiful my favourite place in Sutton. Feels like you could be anywhere! Loads of dogs which can be annoying. Other than that it’s amazing!! Would recommend a visit.

One of my favourite parks near me is a nice coffee shop, that has good walks, and is dog friendly.

Just the car park by the main road is in very bad condition. Super muddy and is difficult to walk around the paddles 😂

Lovely park with lots of space and places to sit if you want to have a picnic. There are also dog friendly areas, so definitely something for everyone. There is a cafe and toilets too.

Giving the dog walker perspective, Nonsuch is great. There are a variety of different length walks - most are reasonably flat and it is brilliant for socialising dogs and chatting with other owners. The Cafe is good and very welcome for a snack breakfast and hot drink, especially on colder days. It can be busy but there is generally plenty of space for everyone. Parking can get tight at busy times. There is a dog free mansion garden and the mansion itself is of historic interest, as is the actual park where you can see clues to the Henry VIII association. There is also a dog free field by the Ewell entrance.
Definitely worth a visit, with and/or without dog.

Love this park. The garden is interesting with mature trees. The park is on a level ground most of the way so very suitable for less able visitors. Nice cafeteria. The mansion is interesting. We'll worth a visit.

Love the serenity in this park. Just sit on a bench by the flower gardens and listen to the birds sing. The mansion has a coffee house but only serves drinks and cakes, plus ice cream. Still, the kids will love it too.

Lovely park with plenty of free parking. Green open space, wooded shady areas, flat paths, and plenty of benches dotted around.

Toilets and cafe near non such mansion. Very dog friendly.

Original Palace built by Henry Viii in 1538 near hunting grounds at cost over 24000 and pulled down around 1682.

I absolutely love this park. It’s vast, sprawling, and has so many different areas to explore. Ideal for families (there’s a big playground in Cheam Park next door) walks, picnics, taking your dog for a walk, reading a book by a rose bush, running, chat in a local café... anything you might want from a park is there. Go and you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely huge park with lots of space to walk, run cycle have a picnic etc. VERY POPULAR WITH DOG WALKERS! small cafe in the middle in Nonsuch Mansion. Behind the mansion is a more landscaped part of the park.

The best place to walk your dog locally. Woodlands, open fields and plenty of space. A little bit of the countryside in suburbia.

Park is located between Cheam and Ewell. Every Saturday at 9am is 5km park run. Park contain Nonsuch Mansion where you can grab coffee and sit down. Highly recommending this place for everyone to have a walk, run or just spend time on fresh air.
