Curchods Shepperton

We used Curchods (Sally and Owen in particular) for the move of my parents in law down from Rochdale. They were extremely helpful throughout the process, knowledgeable about the area, and gave us information about a suitable builder we could use. We have dealt with them before, many years ago, and were again suitably impressed and cared for. Thank-you.

Wonderful service, attention to detail and assistance from first Sophie in the Walton office, then from Caitlin & Sally in Shepperton. They all listened and helped me through my property search, culminating in my purchase. They clearly had listened to my needs and offered solutions. I had moved to the UK in September '23 and was not familiar with the UK property market; a 10star recommendation if you're looking to buy.

Curchods were brilliant during our purchase of the new home and really advocated on our behalf with difficult solicitors.

Curchods have been great from start to finish of my house sale. Owen gives honest and experienced valuations, which at the start of the process means no lost time wasted with an unrealistic asking price. That said he ensures your house is priced what it is worth and not undervalued for a quick sale. My house was under offer within the first few days of listing at full asking price.

After that point Curchods really work hard for you with the sales progression, tirelessly liaising with and chasing solicitors and other agents in a chain. Sally in sales progression, really makes you feel that she 'has your back' throughout the whole process, staying in regular contact.

The whole Team were very professional from the first meeting. Owen, who is the manager there came and did a viewing of our home in our first meeting and the communication from that point on has been excellent. We achieved a fair offer from excellent quality buyers, the others shown around our home were mostly under offer or well positioned. Very little time wasting. Our home went under offer in a few days. Once our home went under offer, it was taken to under offer status on Rightmove, which is the fair thing to do and must give more confidence to our buyers.
