Newboulds & Co are everything an estate agents should be. From my very first phone call requesting a valuation to shutting our front door for the last time, David, Barry and Leah were all so helpful and professional. When things inevitably got stressful at times, David was always at the end of the phone to help sort things out. If you are looking to move I can not recommend Newboulds highly enough and if I ever move again I would definitely use them again. .

We have been renting for many years and have had mixed experiences with estate agents over that time. However, since our first encounter with Leah, who led the viewing of our current property, we had the sense that Newboulds & Co were different. When we encountered difficulties in getting through the referencing process, which threatened to derail the rental, Barry persisted to find a way around it. Their communication is always prompt and friendly and we feel in safe hands having them as the managing agents for our property.

As first time sellers, Newboulds has been tremendously professional and helpful throughout the process.

1. David and Barry were always just an email or phone call away. They provided knowledgeable, considered, and comprehensive responses to our questions. This was evident as early as the valuation stage, and it was the main reasons that we went with them. Having David as a main point of contact throughout the entire process also created consistency and accountability that I feel the bigger chains lack.

2. They went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with the listing. The photographer returned a second time to take extra photos upon request. They also took good care of the buyers - we had two viewings very quickly and both resulted in offers.

3. We organized a number of services using their recommended businesses (cleaner, rubbish removal), which had proved to be very reliable and of good value. We also had to bother them with a varied range of admin tasks, some of which are not their responsibility, but they were nevertheless very keen to help.

Honest, trustworthy and professional, we'd totally use David and Barry's services again!

A little late to write a review however its better late than never! 😀 Bought our first home with Newboulds & Co in January 2022 and I must emphasise they are truly a perfect example of how an estate agency should operate. The team are such thorough professionals and always ready to go an extra mile to help. Had an amazing experience with David Long whilst Barry Fog and Leah supported when David was away. Not a day went by without these amazing people updating me throughout on the progress of the property. I was thoroughly updated through every step of the buying process.

The team is very supportive and helpful when needed. Leah has provided a wondeful support since the starting from scheduling viewing until handling over. Barry is very helpful. The team is always kind towards patiently listening to our concerns/ requests/ queries and provided appropriate advice/ solution.

We were informed well in advance and reminded of the important information/ events. Also, the supporting staff (electical and pluming) are experienced in handling any repairs or maintanance without any delay.

David very quickly managed to sell my home. He gave me a very realistic price when he came to make his valuation.
