Excellent friendly efficient service -called in on spec with a loss of pressure issue and they inspected, repaired and refitted my tyre in a really short time very courteous too would recommend fully

Absolutely great service from Harrison and Mark at Atherstone, they did a free tyre inspection. There was a error warning on the car registering low tyre pressure, but after checking all the tyres found nothing wrong with them, took them off, checked thoroughly. Put it down to damaging the TPMS when hitting a pothole, which is what I thought but I wanted to check. No charge, they went above and beyond what I expected, friendly, helpful and great service, I will definitely be back! Hopefully not too soon. Thanks guys, you are a credit to the company!

I rang up today to get a last minute look at a suspect slow puncture on my MX-5 after no success being able to get to my local branches in Tamworth.
Wilson I belive it was who answered the phone and got me booked in and dealt with the diagnosis and repair.
Within 5 minutes of looking the car over he found the issue was the seal of the tyre to the rim, ordered some sealant within the hour to sort it. The tyre was then resealed and reseated, then tested for leaks.
The young lad is an absolute credit to the store!
I can't thank him enough even though he was very busy my problem was still dealt with in no time and in such a professional manner. This is not my local store but I'd happily come and get some new tyres from this place purely from the sheer level of brilliant service here.

Staff were great I was early by 1.5hrs and they still got me straight in to have the tyres fitted

Went in a few weeks ago with my flat tyre. Had No appointment but Liam went above and beyond to help me he was professional kind and courteous his customer service was second to non and he fixed my tyre and had me safely back on the road within 30minutes
Strangely My son in law had been in the day before with a nail through his they’re same as me and also had fantastic service he recommended me to go and see them

Friendly staff, completed check quickly, and cleared up a confusion that arose regarding tyre pressure.
My car pump scale was 5psi out, so when they told me my tyres had no leaks and set to 35psi. I panicked as I set them to 40psi that morning less tha 8hrs before. On request, they compared their pressure gauge to my pump and found the error. Good teamwork.

Fantastic customer service from Liam, the manager. He managed to repair my tyre rather than replace with a new one, saving me over £100 pounds. 10/10 for customer service and such a lovely guy too.

Really quick job, the garage was not busy at all around 2.30pm, so they start working on my car straight away.
I selected this location as it had my specific tyre and size on stock.

Went in for tyre rotation, tracking, balancing and replacement of wipers. Found all the staff to be friendly and accommodating and thorough too. Worked out cheaper than originally quoted, which makes a nice change.

I needed a new tyre urgently. The person over the phone helped establish they could help very quickly and book me in at a time that suited, then the guys at the desk got me sorted fast and efficiently, were friendly, and I left after not too long and haven't had any issues.
