I was very impressed with the ease of booking, the short time I waited. The wasps were removed with no problems by a very nice and polite person. I was very happy with the service and will use Integrum services from now on.

I employed Integrum to clean our VERY soiled solar panels on the roof, remove a pigeon infestation, and to then reinstall pigeon proofing.
I have to say, you don't seem to find many companies like this anymore. Just first class customer service from start to finish, and a job very well done overall. And very reasonably priced! I could not recommend them highly enough. Cheers all!

Brilliant service from the team within the company. Had been dealing with pests & rodents (Rats) for a solid amount of time, hesitant in reaching out for help thinking that they wouldn't do much of a thorough job. I am clear to say that they are a brilliant service to use with a wide range of services to choose from to deal with your problems! Efficient, tidy, friendly and organised! 10/10 recommend :D

Amazing service very good price. I was expecting it to be more expensive but when they told me it was only £240 for to fix the problem. I was grateful for that and the man that came to my house and saw Aura very nice. When we suspected rodents had moved in to our house and were causing damage, I didn't know what to do, but knew something had to be done, immediately. Never used a pest control service before and found Integrum online - and trusted the reviews. Rats entering our house via the sewers and managing to roam freely via the wall/floor cavities is not something I relish spending money on BUT we are happy as our feelings have changed from horror to relief after our experience with Integrum. They are a responsive, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable company. Kept us informed (even when running late one time), were open and transparent regarding pricing (no payment was requested until after works were done and we were satisfied). Offered us sound advice and went above and beyond our expectations. We are happy too that the measures put in place to deter re-infestation are humane. I would have no hesitation in recommending Integrum and indeed feel safe and happy that we can call on them if necessary in future (though hopefully not! ;-))

The visiting technician from Integrum Services was extremely helpful and solved our infestation problem within minutes of arrival, explaining what I thought were ants were grain weevils and located the breeding source. He also removed the bagged bird feed bags holding the weevil nest and left us in a much better, insect free, place.

Very helpful and polite technicians. They explained everything very well and set traps. They talked through the proofing options and gave advice. Came back three more times to re-set used traps and were always very prompt and efficient. Very happy with the service I have received and will not hesitate to use them again if needed. Very competitive pricing compared to other pest control I looked at and their fact sheet was very useful and informative in deciding who to choose.

Great service. Replacement of bird prevention spikes on roof ridge. Completed efficiently with good humour and without fuss. Highly recommended this company to combat any pest issues you may have.

My solar panel installation company arranged via Switched for Integrum Services to come out and pidgeon-proof my installation. Integrum came out twice, both on time. The second visit was needed as they ordered black mesh to meet my requirements. The quality of the job was excellent, and the installer admitted that he had cracked a tile, but assured me it was not fully broken and would not require replacement. They also pidgeon-proofed my chimney (at extra cost) which I had also requested.

Due to the levels of indirection above, I'm not convinced I got the best possible price, but I can certainly recommend going to Integrum directly, as I am very pleased with the results.

***UPDATE***
Having initially pigeon-proofed my Solar Panels with Integrum Services in late 2023, I was dismayed to spot a pair of nest-building pigeons underneath my panels in mid-April 2024. I sent Integrum an email late in the evening with a photo, and first thing next day, I received a call back with an offer to visit two days later. The visiting technicians (Ryan and Liam?) found that the birds were getting underneath due to a small gap in between two adjoining panels, rather than around the edge. They were able to make good, and pigeons have abandoned my roof for now.
Integrum remain highly recommended, especially for their amazing responsiveness in my latest pigeon saga.

Absolute 1st class service from start to finish...And start to finish took all of around 4/5 hours!!!
Email sent at around 9:30am, Phone call around an hour later and site visit at around 1pm..You couldn't ask for more!

Email communication, office phone calls arranging timing and calling back to follow up, ending in the house visit buy the guys. Ryan and im sorry I missed the other name (Dan?) anyway, absolutely top notch. Well done!

Had the nasty surprise of having Hornets in my attic. In less than 24 hours Integrum were here helping and offering the best advice to resolve my issue. Their services were friendly and professional and exactly what makes them stand out as a fantastic company. I hope I don’t have to call them again soon but should I have to they will be my first point of call. Thank you for the excellent service!

I've had 2/3 visits so far from Jack, and the service has been exemplary. After the first visit, I noticed a marked improvement with the mouse infestation (fewer droppings, less noise at night). After the second visit where new bait was left and entry points were sealed, I see no visible 'evidence' of rodent activity, and I've been able to sleep well. The third visit will likely be enough to resolve what I thought was an unsolvable problem. Jack is friendly, approachable, and reliable. Would warmly recommend the company.

Integrum cleared pigeons from under my solar panels, they were reasonable priced, over a third cheaper than another company I asked for a quote from, cleaned my gutters too, explained everything clearly to me. Sent a text to tell me Ryan would be arriving, which was handy, the lads arrived on time and did a great job, left the place clean, reminded me I had 15 year guarantee and to call if I ever needed them. They were very polite and friendly. I would use them again if needed and I highly recommend them. So pleased I'm free of those pesky pigeons.

Great experience end to end, from booking, through to comms, through to job completion. Fast, tidy job, effective job, friendly workmen and no more parakeets in our roof!

I would highly recommend Integrum Services (used for rodent infestation) I found them very easy to deal with both the support/admin team and the technician (Grant) who visited us 3 times. He was on time every time and really knew his stuff. He was polite considerate and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. They didn’t demand money upfront like some of their competitors and they were competitively priced. 10/10 Integum Services. I would definitely use then again and recommend to others.
