Have you ever dealt with a company that works with you on a very special level? Britannia Sandersteads did just that. Not only did they move us nearly two years ago and excel in delivering superb service at a price we were happy with but they have just moved a friend I met whilst both us were having chemotherapy. I asked the team at Britannia Sandersteads if they could help a single mum, with teenage boys, as she was currently undergoing constant tough, life-changing treatment to make her move as easy as possible.
The team provided their only pink removals van, five operatives and a heavily subsidised price to give to someone who needed help at an even more stressful than normal time.
I cannot thank you enough and reckon that you, dear customers, should only choose one removal company that lives by its values of integrity, compassion and kindness. Well done and thanks Britannia Sandersteads!!

We were very happy with the service. All went smoothly. We paid for packing and everything was packed very well. We got a lot of support on managing customs. We were also offered a competitive price. Overall we can highly recommend.

Outstanding movers. I have moved a lot in my career (too much) and this was honestly one of the very easiest. They are very well organized and nice people to work with. The guys who came on the day were exceptionally professional, courteous and helpful. I would recommend without reservation.

Britannia Sandersteads were incredible on our move. Nothing was too much for the lads and they were happy to go the extra mile throughout the move. We recently used the superb service of Britannia Sandersteads and found the removal staff to be very punctual, professional, courteous and extremely efficient, with the removal to our new home.

In all, the removal boys had to handle and load around 70 boxes (as well as furniture) from our previous home, but they all worked extremely hard throughout, swiftly/carefully unloading everything off their large vehicle upon arrival at our new house, following which all items were found to be undamaged.

The Admin staff, who dealt with our booking and pre-removal paperwork etc, were equally professional, very friendly and efficient....(Thank you Lyn,John and Trevor, as well as Brady (his colleague, who we don't know his name, but had a moustache and dark hair), who both issued us with numerous boxes,tape and wrapping materials, when we called in to collect these!!).

We used Britannia Sandersteads for our relocation (London to Derbyshire). It was worth every penny we spent. The team were hard-working, professional, friendly, accommodating and always helpful. Despite very hot weather and awful traffic, they soldiered on without a word of complaint. We needed to move furniture, clothes, artworks, books, vinyl records and a lot of garden plants, and they dealt with it all in a cheerful and positive way. Highly recommended, would definitely use the company again.

After our call the surveyor attended a few days later and during their visit advised us on the methods they use on the day packing and conditions of service. This was very helpful as we were exchanging and completing on the same day. The removal staff had a can do attitude and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend Britannia removals.

Efficient, fast and flexible service. Britannia accommodated us when we decided to fill a container ahead of our move which helped enormously. The packing day went very smoothly and the speed at which the team worked on the move day was very impressive. They’re a professional team and took care to establish what was what and communicated well.

Following the move, they managed to pick the finished cardboard within a few hours of being asked, meaning that we could enjoy our new home very quickly.

Fabulous efficient team super friendly - team led by Ashley (with Jack, Tye and Nigel) for two whole days - amazingly polite, clean, and very respectful of our property as as well as our family. Super cautious re. our pets and lovely to our children, one of whom has special needs. We have had a gap in moving into our new house, and have specifically asked for this team again. I rarely write reviews.......interaction with everyone in the office was also excellent.
