Popped in to enquire about buying a lovely Audi A7 currently for sale. I was met with a nice friendly salesman in David, who took me through all the specs of the car, and was very helpful with his advice and expertise. A thoroughly positive experience.

We bought a C-class here last week. Made an appointment and when we arrived the car was there and ready for us. Checked it over carefully and did a test drive, passed with flying colours.

David was really good with us - a week earlier we visited a car supermarket and were treated poorly - but Bespokes of London were polite and accommodating. The price for the car was also competitive with the car supermarkets. There were a few different prices listed for this same car, so be sure to note down the price you have seen when you come to see a car.

We drove away a couple of hours later with our car after organising payment, road tax and insurance. All done in one afternoon- smooth!

Hands down the best dealership i've come across. Upon entering the dealership to the final sale, David has been extremely helpful by ensuring I received the best customer service and all my needs were met. Definitely a 5 star rating from me 👍

Everything was great until I wanted my deposit back. Understandably there’s been closure due to Covid-19 but having to chase and follow up for my money is tiresome. Don’t bother sending emails because you won’t get a reply. It’s been 3 months since paying the £250 deposit and still haven’t received a penny back.

Sells high prestige vehicles but not entirely honest traders.
If thinking of buying from them my advice is take a expert with you or pay for a AA OR RAC inspection before buying because they do not give a full and accurate picture of the condition.
My policy has always been BE HONEST and you will not have headaches.
As I was driving the car home, the check engine light came on, I contacted Bespokes who came round the next day and reset it, which cleared the engine light., but I am sure they were aware of this problem but did not tell me for obvious reasons.
Few weeks later the light came on again, I was told by a specialised garage that it required a vacuum pipe.
There are a 3 or 4 other problems with the vehicle that they again omitted to tell me.Just BE HONEST

Dishonest traders. Was expecting delivery of a car but instead they sold the vehicle but told me it was faulty. Had a refund of deposit but was left without a vehicle. Very annoying.

This should be a no star review.
Roger is my nephew.
He has been trying to deal with Bespoke since they took my car in part exchange for a £24,500 purchase of my new Mercedes because I have been extremely unwell.
As you can see the trade in price was agreed at £ 5,800. They then kept the car without paying off the existing loan. After months of phoning and emailing they sold the car to another unsuspecting customer with the finance outstanding.
When the customer found out they were suddenly very keen to talk to Roger to try and pay the finance.
In the meantime, my health deteriorated leaving Roger to try and get them to pay what they owe.
I have continued to pay the loan because I am obligated to.
Then to my surprise they agreed to pay the finance off.
Last week they paid half of what they owe.
As I now have a proper email trail showing their liability I have at last got the police and trading standards interested in looking into this company.
They have taken my car under false pretences with no intention of keeping to their word.
This is a warning to anyone thinking of trusting these people.
My experience has left me with balance of £ 2,763.08 still owed and unless I take legal action I cannot see these people paying me.
Bespokes of London are not to be trusted under any circumstances.
They have had 11 Months to do what they promised.
There is also the question of the second key for my car which was also promised at the same time.
Again nothing but empty promises.

My elderly Uncle brought a £24500 Mercedes C250 and part exchanged his Mercedes in good trust , 6 months later this company has still not paid the finance off .
I call weekly explaining this has made my uncle very ill and my uncle has now paid £2000 off a car this garage has .
We have had no call back except when they nearly sold the car and felt it was good for them to get the finance completed .
I look forward to getting this completed , can someone please complete this transaction and restore our faith in trusting a company that promised us a 5 star journey .
I have spoke with this company today i will update all accordingly , i have the part exchanged receipt which i will post on my next update .
I write this on behalf of my elderly uncle which i hope has good news shortly explaining that this has been a simple breakdown of communication inside this company .

Last week we were promised by email and by phone this would be settled , but still today nothing !

Bespoke how can you work like this ??
As you can see once again Bespoke of London have asked to pay settlement 15/3/2018 , today a month later they still have made no attempt to honor there agreement !!!

Very unprofessional and dishonest !!!

My uncle will be writing his review and we together will update accordingly , we have emails from Bespoke of London ranging back to last year .

Maybe this will stop another family and customer from being took advantage , to treat a man over 65 years old is disgusting .

Bespoke we await your reply ???

Today i have had a further phone call to say it will now be paid by end of play tomorrow 24/4/2018 !!

Hopefully this will be the end of this matter , i will update if this does not happen .

We all look forward to saying goodbye to this matter !!!

Just visited this dealership not trustworthy people. I did 260 miles round trip to view 12 plate merc...car had engine management light on but was not mentioned in the advert please be careful...
