Always super service from the team. From chatting with a well informed chap/lady when you drop the keys off, settling down to work and getting a coffee to the updates in how your car is progressing. An excellent environment, lovely people, can't recommend it enough.

Overall people easy to deal with and very help full and kind. I had huge issues with my car engine and finally had to exchange it for new but they took care of me as best they could. My mother and I had a wonderful experience from start till end when ordering our brand new Jaguar F-Pace. The team at Sytner West London took time and care to explain all the options on the table as we were not sure if we were ordering a brand-new or approved used vehicle. Ultimately, we opted for a brand-new vehicle and special mentions must go to both Dan, and Mirza who took care of us from ordering to delivery of our F-Pace inside of 3 months. I had the best time collecting my new car-wonderfully looked after by Hayley Palmer and Simon Pilgrim. Fantastic care and attention provided during the pre-arrangements and vehicle collection.

Service carried out recently and was very happy with the service provided by Pravin Khimani, who is friendly, attentive and detail oriented. Although no courtesy car was available, i really enjoyed the time and the drinks there. Comfortable seats at waiting area.

Amazing building, amazing team, amazing car!
Even though I was buying one of the cheapest cars in the building I was made to feel special and treated as if buying the most expensive car. Everything was very efficient, lovely people and awesome building.

Fantastic service from Jaguar on a vehicle that was sold by Cinch - they really made an effort to get the approved works completed on time and provided a loan car to ensure my work schedule was not interrupted.
