My beautiful, stunning dressing gown arrived today and I absolutely love it, perfect fit and luscious!

I ordered a bathrobe for my husband’s birthday and Louise at Bown’s was amazing in making sure we received it on time. The quality and embroidery on the robe is perfect. I am definitely getting one for myself!!

Amazing quality.

I bought the New England women's bathrobe 1 and a half years ago and now it's fraying in several places and the hem is down. It was quite a sumptuous piece while it lasted -- nice soft, warm breathable cotton in vibrant colours -- but with the planet in the shape it's in it's just so depressing to drop more than £100 on a "luxury" purportedly sustainable dressing gown but then find it completely falling apart in under 2 years. Because it's in the sale now I considered replacing mine because I like the risky eye-catching design but honestly, I figured what is the point in investing further in shoddy craftsmanship? And, on the company's side, what is the point in investing thought into the design and fabric if you're just going to sew it together in a way that pops open on a single wash? You can't claim to be a luxury brand and work with those lazy standards!
