Excellent service from start to finish. We were given a date when the car would arrive in UK and, true to their word, it arrived on that day. An eight month wait but it was, in our opinion, really worth it.

Mercedes Dorchester are incredibly professional, friendly and they go out of their way to make the customer experience as positive as it can be. Jason carried out everything we discussed, my vehicle was well looked after, returned to me cleaned and hoovered and the work was to a high standard. The loan car was beautiful and the process was very straight-forward. I will likely always buy Mercedes, as I know I can trust this garage.

Last Sunday, I visited the Dorchester dealership. Adam South was amazing, he answered my tons of questions regarding the beloved GLC. He is the best example of professionalism and the highest level of customer service.

I have been using Dorchester/Sandown Mercedes now for a little short of 12 months. I can hand on heart say that other dealers in the Mercedes branded group fall short. Without specifics and issues with others I can say that Dorchester always come through, are honest, trustworthy and offer great customer service. My mother in law also uses Dorchester and is very loyal over many many years. Absolute honesty and integrity and cannot honestly recommend more highly.

Whilst on holiday we encountered a problem with my window mechanism on my SLK. We called into The Dorchester garage where Phil Pitman kindly took a look and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. He didn’t charge us or accept payment…thank you Phil, you saved our holiday 👌👌👌

Extremely happy with the service i have received over the last couple of weeks from this branch. Ziggy in particular was very professional, polite and went out of his way with videos and phone calls to assist in my purchase. I spoke to 5 different dealers and bought off this branch due to the high quality service i received from start to finish. I would recommend anyone to Mercedes Dorchester and Ziggy as i had a 10/10 experience. Will recommend to friends and family aswell as to personally buy again.

I dropped by on my drive home from Chichester to Plymouth as I had an engine oil warning light come on in my C63. Not wanting to continue the journey without making sure the oil level was correct, and not having the correct tool to undo the oil cap, I asked if they would be able to check it for me.
Levels checked and topped up and I was ready to set off again within about 15 minutes, and just for the price of the oil.
Very pleased with the service, it meant I could enjoy the remainder of my journey without worry.

We recently visited Mercedes in Dorchester, we met Jason Kiely at the service desk.
We were having trouble with the locking mechanism on our SLK . He was incredibly kind and went out of his way to take time to test and access our car . Resulting in fixing the problem without the car car going into the workshop.
We would like to express our thanks , his patience and kindness was so appreciated, so often you don’t get good customer service , we certainly did !

As an ex high end car salesman my standards are high.I have never been so impressed as I was with Sam from Dorchester Mercedes, even though I did not end up purchasing a car from him due to a opportunity from a family member I just couldn’t refuse.Naturally feeling a little awkward returning to the dealership with my new to me car , all I can say is he did not once did he make me feel awkward, in simple terms a true professional. In light of this I will bring my car in for servicing and will purchase a car for my wife at the end of the year.Thanks to Sam and the parts dept for exceeding my expectations.

Once again exceptional service and attention to detail from Mark Merson and his team at Mercedes Dorchester. Due to the chip shortage we had to wait longer than expected for the delivery of a new GLC 300.
In this time we were provided with a car for the duration of the waiting period.

Lovely people. Went to get my project car (old slk) codes reset. They did it for me with no fuss or bother and just advised me of a warning light that was still in - no hard sell to fix anything that I didn't want. Free tea and coffee etc.
