Bought a intergrated fridge freezer a year ago from FT Refrigeration and went back this week to buy a washing machine from FT Refrigeration.
Really helpful and friendly staff in the showroom and the installation team are great and reasonable on price.
Wouldn't use any other company going forward.

These guys are great! From booking and servicing through Stacey and the team at their office to the awesome two guys who installed our new dishwasher today and took away the old one. Some tricky pipe work and navigation around the kitchen units but no issue they sorted it without fuss. Very professional outfit and I can recommend them to anyone needing a repair or new appliance.

Fantastic company. We had a new kitchen fitted at home and got all of our appliances from FT and felt that the knowledge they offered helped us make the correct decisions. Just a really knowledgeable and friendly company to deal with. Kept us up to date with the whole order and delivery process from start to finish.

What a great company to deal with! I have had the please in dealing with Rick, Stacey and Roy. Rick is probably one of the most polite and respectful people I have ever dealt with. Although, Roy and Stacey were fantastic also. As well as being lovely, they were informative and knowledgeable, didn't set any false expectations and provided me with exactly what I needed with not an ounce of hard sell. Thank you!

FT came out and confirmed what I feared: my dishwasher was beyond repair. They had the same model (easy for me to fit). It was delivered promptly with a discount because they had been called out to diagnose the fault. It was nice to get a check e-mail to make sure everything was OK. To be fair, ordering a device and having it delivered on time is not a big test but I certainly have no complaints about value for money and delivery.

My landlord contacted FT for an emergency as my washing machine had broken and had leaked everywhere, Ian and Dave came out to look at it and spent a while looking at it to make sure it was all completely safe, they were brilliant with how they dealt with me and my son and were very professional! Ian also stayed longer to run extra bits on the washing machine, to double check it was safe. I received a call from Sarah the next day who was very helpful and friendly, she had a great personal touch, and she went through all the next steps myself and my landlady would be going through for the repair of my washing machine. I would 100% be using this company again! Brilliant work guys!

I found FT as I needed a replacement washing machine urgently. As my original washer was discontinued the staff were able to provide quality recommendations and their knowledge of their own stock was very good.

One of the staff, Stacy was brilliant and went above and beyond by arranging free same day delivery and installation. Exactly what I needed.

I also grabbed some new bags for my Miele hoover and a water filter.

We have been using F T Refrigeration since 2002. We purchased all of our integrated appliances, Induction Hob and Extractor Fan for our new kitchen from them, we just wouldn't go anywhere else. Nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic customer service from all of the team.

Walked into the store and they were immediately able to recommend exactly the right American Style fridge for us, we were delighted with the ease of the purchase. Rapid delivery and removal of our old fridge - they did have to remove the doors to get the fridges out and in the house - all done with upmost care and removed all the packaging. Connected the new fridge to the water supply and installed the filter. All in all a great service by a local company, thoroughly recommend.

I called FT by chance after listening to their promotion on Eagle Radio. They delivered everything as promised in a very efficient and speedy manner. The guys who came to fit the dishwasher were brilliant - very courteous, knew their stuff and just got on with it without quibbling (unlike a prior experience we had with AO!) A seamless and stress-free experience that was needed for a mum of 2 under 3! We will be using them again!

I have been using FT Refrigeration for a number of years both professionally and personally. They are very quick to respond whether it's a repair or the need for a new appliance. I have recently bought a new fridge freezer from them personally and the service was excellent from ordering in the shop to the delivery guys who arrived on time and were extremely efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend FT to anyone.

We have had the most outstanding experience with FT Regrigeration. We went to FT Refrigeration Services in Addlestone to look at white goods, particularly American style fridge freezers, on 13th October 2018. We were served by a lovely, friendly, knowledgeable lady called Stacey Lee I believe. She didn't try to sell us the most expensive items or give us any flannel but she knew the differences between each appliance and really gave us first class service to make decisions on what we wanted to buy. We ended up buying a fridge freezer, washer dryer, and dishwasher. We paid extra for delivery and specified the day after our moving date for delivery (3rd November), and on delivery day, there were 3 guys to manoeuvre everything in. They turned up bang on time as promised, worked really hard to get everything in, AND installed and tested each appliance. They took great care not to damage anything, took away all the packing rubbish, and were very friendly and efficient. I can't believe we got such first class service from start to finish from this store and I will 110% recommend them to anyone and everyone, can't thank them enough for their help.

We purchased a Rangemaster cooker & hood, Stacey was very helpful and the price was competitive, delivery was prompt. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to FT Refrigeration myself or recommend to others, great customer service !

We popped in to have a look at tumble driers ( we have been in before and had a good service) and was met with a familier face in Stacy, as she had helped us before. The service was first class, we were given information regarding the differant type and models. We brought our new tumble dryer and will go back if we need anything new. I would highly recomend this company.

We have just had a new dish washer from FT-Refrigeration and can wholeheartedly recommend them , the two guys that came to fit it were pleasant and knew what they were doing, hey disconnected the old dish washer and fitted the new one easily and took the old one away. I am now going to buy a new oven and microwave from them too, and they can fit them too. I am pleased I found them.

Many thanks to a very patient and helpful person who saved me a call out and repair fee by recommending a course of action to fix my washing machine myself today. It worked and I am very grateful for your help and if I need a repair in future you will be my first port of call.
