The Dental Design Studio - Blyburgate

I have been with Stephanie at Blybergate surgery for more years than she or I would care to remember. She is an excellent dentist attentive, caring, thorough . she explains the procedure before and as she treats you. Nothing is to much trouble. If I was to have a problem occur she is quick to respond to get me in to ensure I have the least discomfort as possible. She gives advice on how to maintain my teeth at home in between visits . 5 stars all the way💫💫💫💫💫

I wish I could give this dentist 10 stars. I can’t recommend this place enough !!!! I am absolutely petrified of the dentist but Stefanie is an absolute god send and real life angel!! And Georgia being amazing as well as all the receptionists. They’re a home away from home. I can’t and won’t go to any other dentist!!!!!!! The best of the best. Thank you thank you thank you thank you for always looking after me.

All staff are happy and very helpful. Friendly to my two young children. All areas looked clean to a very high standard. When the dentist was running behind, I was informed by reception and an assistant from upstairs, excellent communication.

Stefanie's professionalism is unbelievable and I trust her implicitly in everything she says and does (in fact, all family members feel the same)! We count ourselves extremely fortunate to have such a superb dentist - one who is not only an expert in her field, but who combines this with joviality and compassion! The staff are also great too - very accommodating and happy to chat to put you at ease!

Had my check up with my dentist today! I thought Penny was lovely and I hope she stays with the practice for years to come. Lovely personality, bubbly, chatty and professional all at the same time, would absolutely recommend!👍 And thank you Pauline for setting me up!

Honestly the best dental experience I’ve had. I hate going to the dentist and am extremely nervous but Marianne and Evie were so reassuring, talking to me, explaining what would happen and taking it slowly. Evie put the radio on to help distract me. Marianne was so gentle if that is even possible. Filling done and next appointment made - they are even going to see me in a ground floor room as stairs are becoming a struggle for me. Thank you ladies

Well I was attending a routine appointment and when asked if I had any issues at the start I mentioned a small detail regarding a tooth that Stefanie immediately looked at and declared it needed to come out. It could not be saved. My heart sank I last had teeth out for a brace 40+ years ago and after a dodgy injection about 1986 where I passed out at the surgery I have had any fillings with no pain relief. If I'd known a tooth was coming out I'd been panicking for weeks beforehand. Despite my protestations /wafflings Stefanie maintained it needed to come out now! So I lay there thinking the world was about to end and Stefanie said she needed an X-Ray and was going to clean them. Which she did and at the end of the clean I asked if I'd been numbed and she said yes, I was completely unaware I'd even had an injection and then she quickly removed it in one swift movement.
I can honestly say I never felt the injection no pain no discomfort and no problems with a numb mouth slurring etc. Seriously no issues at all and I still find it hard to believe it went so smoothly. Stefanie is a marvel great service as always with some dental magic! A very pleased me.

Like to say that I’m truly gonna miss my old dentist Lenny who was amazing to me for so many years! However apologies for forgetting name off my new replacement male dentist but I like to say after two recent visits to him I cannot fault him in anyway, very professional and he did a incredible repair on my front badly chip tooth and a excellent full teeth clean for me on my second visit! He was that good I didn’t even need to have a injection which is always a bonus. Hes definitely a great new asset to your company and I hope he remains my dentist for many years to come.

The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The dentist was running on time. She was friendly and put me at my ease. She told me what she was doing and gave great advice about dental care. She has done root canal work for me in the past which has lasted for many years without any problems. This is a really excellent dental practice.

After a few years of the amazing Lenny as our dentist we recently had our first experience of the ‘new’ dental design studio at Blyburgate. The receptionist (Pauline) was as friendly and professional as ever, as was the dental assistant Lola. Our new dentist Penny was really good at putting it at ease and explaining everything to us and was really first class. As pleasant an experience as a trip to the dentist can be!

I have been going to this dental practice for over 30 years.
I have had Mr Cadman (the OG) and then Lenny, now my children and I have Stephanie who is great. Says it how it is to my children so they know they need to brush more. Now we receive txt messages and emails before our appointment which is great to have so we don’t miss and appointment or waste and appointment that someone else could have used. Nice clean practice with very friendly reception staff also. Thanks all at Dental Design.

Excellent dentist, Highly recommend Dr Stephanie Weinacht who always provides a high level of patient care and advice. She clearly has her patients interest at heart as she is thorough, checks one is ok and not in pain during treatment, follows up on any concerns and always fits in emergency appointments. Her assistant, the reception staff are also very professional, helpful and efficient. Thank you!

I have been a patient at the Dental Design Studio for many years and I have never been anything but satisfied at the professionalism shown me by Stephanie and her team. She really is a remarkable dental technician who, over the years I have been her patient, has replaced and repaired my teeth that were all originally rebuilt way back in the 80's after a broken jaw. Always smiling, always professional, I owe my smile to her.

I have been coming to this dental practice for many years and have always been very impressed by their helpful and professional attitude when managing the health of my teeth. The Blyburgate practice is a quite exceptional dental practice. Not only is Stefanie Weinacht the most skillful, dextrous, conscientious and thorough dentist I have ever come across, her knowledge of her field is complete. Her touch is very gentle and coupled with her knowledge that she can justly rely on her capability means that she can be firm with nervous patients, like me, in a way that really boosts their confidence. Witty, charming, and great as a person in addition. Exceptional. Also exceptional and outstandingly rare in that she has maintained an NHS list together with her private list. Stefanie could be making a fortune and working far less hard if she were to give in to the pressure on all dentists to stop working for the NHS, which pays its practitioners ridiculously small amounts for services that command very large fees if paid for privately.

In addition to my dentist herself, the tremendous warmth, kindness, patience and efficiency of both her nurses and the reception staff - I especially want to mention Pauline, but they are all so lovely - is outstanding. Again, I wish I could name names - except that they are all great! Again, this level of care and kindness and going-the-extra-mileness, every time, that they employ, is exceptional.

When I joined this practice it was not part of the Dental Design Studio. I hope, passionately, that it will not change as a result of coming under/into a franchise. Everyone would be the loser if this wonderful practice were altered. It is such a rarity.

I am a very nervous (well scared stiff) patient and only go to the dentist because of Lenny, who is amazing. He puts you at ease, chats the whole time and checks that you are OK with what he is doing.. He is gentle and I've never had any discomfort from what Lenny is doing, even the filling without anaesthetic (as I hate needles too. Lol). All my family see Lenny and my children are happy to go too. Thoroughly recommend as a fantastic dentist is very hard to find.

Stephanie has been my dentist for a number of years now and everytime I have had cause to visit she is always so smiley and cheerful. This really puts you at ease.
Once in the chair she is so professional and someone I have the utmost of confidence in.
I can honestly say that she is the best Dentist I've ever had.
I'm so grateful she has been my dentist. Thankyou.

Dr Weinacht is a most professional dentist, it is a privilege to be her patient and I am very grateful. My husband and I travel from Cambridge to attend our appointments with her. The receptionists and other dental staff are equally pleasant and efficient. Many thanks to all.
