Valley Farmhouse B&B

We've stayed at Valley Farmhouse twice and plan to return again. The Tudor Suite is delightful - so full of character. The owners are welcoming and the breakfasts are amazing. The location is peaceful and within good driving distance of beautiful Suffolk coastal towns such as Aldeburgh and Thorpeness.

The house is magical. It's all cricked but it doesn't sound like it. It's all but neglected.
The owners did a great job keeping everything traditional, but with modern comfort.
It's the best place I've ever stayed in. It's so cool.
Phillip was amazing, and he prepared a tipical English breakfast with farm products of his own.
Convenient included parking and close from the beautiful northeast coast.
Highly recommended!

A comfy stay in the Tudor suite. Fantastic living area with tv and sofas downstairs where we were served breakfast by our host the next morning. A very relaxing country escape, would definitely visit again.

A lovely nice secluded quiet and peaceful getaway just outside of Beccles! We stayed in the main suite which was amazing. Has all the amenities that you would expect and so many little touches which constantly surprise you as you find your way around the rooms. The hosts are delightful and I would highly recommend this beaut!

Such a charming place. Nested in beautiful countryside, the building has history and character to spare. The hosts make a wholesome breakfast and give a warm welcome. A wonderful place for rest after a day of exploring the area- The bed is so comfy!

We have just returned from Valley Farmhouse and staying in the Tudor Suite. It was fantastic warm and cosy totally relaxing. Thank you for all the extra touches. These make the stay with you extra special. We will diffently be back.

Fantastic B&B, the owners are very hospitable and were accomodating when we had to cancel and rebook due to an illness. Breakfast was lovely, pork products and eggs from the farm. 5* would love to go back and stay for longer.
