I’ve had deals both buying and selling with about a 10 year gap in between. I have found Paul to be fair and a man of his word. I cannot say better than that. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this firm again. Ps I do not suffer fools so well done.👍

Bought a golf automatic recently. 2nd day in the clutch started making a rattle noise. After a couple of calls we got the car back for the work to be completed under warranty with no issues or complaints. Absolutely reccomend this garage. Genuine decent guys. Really looked after me hence the review. Credit where credit is due.

He was always available to answer my questions, even outside of normal business hours. The team’s flexibility was a huge plus for me – they arranged for my bike to be picked up early in the morning, ensuring it arrived right on time. Excellent service from SMC, especially from Paul, he was always helpful and available to answer all my questions. I purchased a motorbike to ship abroad and was never actually present, so all the process was conducted remotely and it went without a hitch... I heard a funny noise coming from my van today on the a5, so decided to pull in to a nearby petrol station, where this company happened to be located. The guys were so so helpful, went above and beyond to help me. The van conked out and started smoking and the lads pushed me off the forecourt and out of the way. Offered me shelter and coffee and even helped to get me recovered back to home. I can’t thank them enough, Merry Christmas

You can buy from these people with total confidence. There aren't many second-hand car dealers like them.
This is a true story. I bought a Jeep from them based solely on the ad description and their 5 star rating, because I was too far away to test drive the car.
When I got there, the car was exactly as described and they'd even serviced it for me in their garage.
It was very nice to drive, well looked-after and very reasonably priced.
I did notice that the passenger's window didn't work and got back to them about it.
They apologised and offered to repair it free of charge without hesitation. When we couldn't arrange a convenient date, they told me to get it done at a local garage and they would pay for it !!
5 star dealer !!

That rare thing: a no-nonsense, honestly priced garage where you feel you can genuinely trust the people that work there. I travelled an hour and half to buy my car there partly due to the other excellent reviews online, and I haven't been disappointed. They've since done work for free on the car, squeezing it in super fast, and even reimbursed me for work done elsewhere. Can't recommend Sovereign Motor Co. enough.

Cannot thank Craig at Sovereign Motor Company enough. My tyre valve broke as I was putting air in my tyre at the petrol station next door leaving me with a very flat tyre!!! Craig was locking up to go home but came to the rescue, replacing the valve and reinflating the tyre. All done within 10 minutes. Thank you Craig! You will have my business in the future

This is the only garage I use. The guys here are great and very helpful. They go out of their way to help their customers. I have used this garage for the last few years and my family have used them even longer. Never had any problem whatsoever.
I have bought a car from here too. Helped me out once again today so had to share my experience. Thank you for your help lads. Much appreciated.

Have used these guys as my go to Garage for 18 years, for work & for my own cars. Superb service, honest & decent. Only minor negative is they are really busy and you need to book work well ahead but this is only as they are so good.

Paul the owner is the fairest nicest genuine chap you'll ever meet.
Being ex motor trade my expectations are quite high and the weren't just met they were exceeded.
I bought a 2017 Mercedes Citan van in August 2022. The van was serviced Mot'd and a contribution towards a cambelt and waterproof kit was made at my request for fitment purely as a precaution.
Had a break squeek noise after a couple of weeks and without any hesitation Paul booked it in and on my return they had replaced the front brakes as a permanent fix which could had been fixed at less cost to the dealer.
This guy goes above and beyond when it comes to customer care.
If you're in the market for a vehicle of motorcycle, get over to Sovereign and I promise you dealing with Paul is an absolute pleasure and the prices are always keen to boot.

I saw a motorcycle advertised by sovereign and from my initial contact correspondence with Paul was fantastic..the bike was delivered to me and he said on the phone "you won't be disappointed" ....I certainly wasn't...I couldn't get to there garage and was apprehensive about buying the bike without seeing it.

Great company!! I work in the motor trade myself, so I know the pitfalls. None of which applied here. Really genuine guys. Was offered help if needed it, but left alone to look over the car in my own time. I traveled a long way to view the vehicle, largely because they have such good reviews. So thought it only fair to share my experience.
Couldn’t recommend more! Would definitely use them again.

I purchased a used BMW K1300S Motorcycle from Sovereign in July '20, and have to say I am extrememly happy with the deal and service provided by Craig and Paul.
Whilst I was inspecting and reviewing the paperwork associated with the bike, I had many opportunities to talk to a number of Customers who were either delivering or picking up cars for work, and I can honestly say that all of the customers that morning were extremely happy with the level of service provided by the whole team.
In follow-up, Paul let me know that he found the spare key (which I now have) and also the paddock stand for the bike.
These guys are not only professinals, but they are also exceptionally nice people to do business with.
I therefore have no qualms in recommending them.

We have just puurchased a vehicle from Sovereign, and I cannot praise the service we have receied highly enough. We live over 100 miles from them but they were happy to deliver the vehicle to us and take our old car in part-exchange. due to the current situation there was a short wait, but the car has a brand new MOT, is fully serviced and even the air-con has been regassed. Paul was happy to give us his personal mobile number for any questions we might think of, and kept us fully informed all the way along.
