I recently purchased a car from Anthony at AW Carhouse Ltd. After having a less than satisfactory experience at another dealer I was somewhat cautious about my next purchase and the quality of the dealer itself, as well as the car, was of real importance to me. When I arrived for a treat drive I was greeted warmly. My two children and I were given space and time to look around without any pressure. I was encouraged to also think about another car that has just come in that although hadn't had time to be made 'fourcourt ready' was certainly worth a test drive. I'm so glad I did. It was so much more than I thought I'd get forge money.
Anthony did an excellent job of presenting options to me without making me feel pressured once. Once I made a decision he arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to me personally by Gary one of the team. It was spotless inside and out when it arrived as Gary had been valeting it at 7:30 AM to enable it to get to me in the morning. Anthony had also gone to lengths to rectify some small issues for me and when I took it on its first drive it was fantastic. By far the best used car I've ever purchased.

So the car is first rate and the experience in purchasing from AW Carhouse Ltd was equally polished and professional. I'm 2 hours drive away but I will absolutely make the drive to purchase my next vehicle from them in the future, I'm that pleased. Thank you Anthony and the team.

I bought my stunning Audi TT TDI from AW last year and have to say these guys have been excellent, Brilliant and honest advice on the cars in stock after listening to what I wanted, We had a few issues after the sale and these were dealt with promptly, professionally and politely with my car now running perfectly. I was offered a curtesy car and communication was great. Anthony and Jordan have been excellent both pre and post sale. I highly recommend them and will be a returning customer 5 star

Purchased a car for my wife last weekend and dealt with Anthony at AW Carhouse Ltd. They have been nothing short of brilliant. Easy to deal with, no nonsense approach to pricing and gave us all the info we needed to make a decision. The car was MOT'd Serviced and all advisories sorted before we picked it up. Even arranged a little custom work we wanted at our expense to save us doing it later. After picking the car up we had a few issues with the car radio code lock which our local fiat dealer struggled to cope with and Anthony sorted it within an hour.

Highly recommend and will be looking out for a new car from them when I chop in my current one. Very happy customer.

I had a wonderful experience buying my Ford Focus from this garage. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. They answered all my questions via email and WhatsApp, and even did some extra research for me. They were professional and courteous, even when I was being a bit difficult. Andy was especially amazing, he stayed in touch with me after work and gave me excellent service on the day of the purchase. He also went the extra mile to send me my headphones that I left in my old car, which I really appreciated. Had a fabulous experience buying my MX5 from Anthony here. The whole experience felt totally transparent and from the first visit trust was created. I liked the non-negotiable price (which was very fair) so you don’t feel like you may have not negotiated the best price. We agreed on in the minor works I wanted (a scratch, a chip - that was it). I collected the car, the quality of the work was perfect & they’d also done an oil & filter change, as well as replacing the brake pads all round following the PDI. I had warned Anthony that I am well fussy about valeting, but have to say was blown away with the car was presented - absolutely mint. Everything was made easy & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anthony and the business itself. Thanks guys - I’m delighted!!

If you want great and fast service then AW Carhouse must be your first choice. I've placed a deposit at 10AM and by 5PM the car and finance was ready with a fresh MOT , and services done . Anthony was great, he's a capable and honest salesman. The reviews speak for themselves. It definitely worth driving 60 miles instead of using a local car dealership. Thank you Anthony!
