Went to the post office at 2.15 this afternoon to post a parcel , after several occasions where trying to send a parcel had been difficult. At times obviously ignored standing waiting to be served by Yogi’s wife. Snappy answers and an inappropriate manner. The post office closed today 1-3 but when I arrived at 2.15 the above person was serving one gentleman with another waiting so I joined the queue. She then shouted to me only that the post office was closed so I questioned that as she was serving others. She insisted it was something that “ had run over” but it was 2.15 not 1.15 so clearly not. She served the gentleman at the front and proceeded to the second man whilst shuffling the post office sign “closed “ across the serving area. So rude! So unacceptable in a village and the man at the front said oh we have caused this. As we take up to 20 parcels a week and spend quite a lot of money in the shop, I hope Yogi checks his cameras to see if he thinks this is acceptable behaviour from his wife and if he can afford to lose customers. As I remained standing there I was told again it was closed so I will take my custom where it is appreciated !!!!!!! Any comments from me to the owners wife were drawn as a consequence of her totally unacceptable behaviour. If you don’t like the job give it to someone who does !!!!

Went to send a parcel off on Sunday, turned up at 12:55 when the post office shuts at 1pm which i was unaware of. I was greeted by a very unfriendly, unsociable blond haired lady. When approached she was in a rush, i send my parcels and paid for them. When i got home i checked my receipts as i needed to send proof of postage, it was then that i noticed she was that rushed she had put one of the post codes in wrong. When my partner went back to the shop he was seen by a lovely young (20’s) lady. Around 1:15pm. She advised she couldn't do anything as the post office was shut. When i spoke to her on the phone i requested my money back along with my parcel. She seemed very helpful and tried her best for me advising she would speak to her manager for a refund but it wouldn't be until Tuesday due to the queens funeral. That young lady then called the rude lady that originally served us down to sort the issue. She then clicked my partner over, rudely asked “whats the issue” when my partner explained she was rude and aggressive as she had finished at 1pm. She was then f…ing it and b…ing it about having to come down and how she was f…ing fed up with the shop. You can imagine i wasn't very impressed and had the manager and myself been there i would have complained in person. She then continued to slam the receipts on the top. Coming from someone who has worked in the hospitality trade and always worked with pleasing my customers i found her very unprofessional, rude and quite frankly will not come in here again because of her.
