Bed & Biscuit Pet Hotel

Took my dog here for a 4 day stay. Best stay ever. Staff were lovely and friendly. You could tell that the dogs are very well looked after, just by the conversation we had when picking ours up. Will keep using

My Jack Russell stayed for a day and a half, i think he would have been happy to stay for longer went in with no fuss came out very clean and looked well happy.
Well looked after friendly kennel this one so glad i've found it.

My dog has been going there since he was puppy, he loves the owner and I always feel like he is going to be properly looked after. She always gives us a little update when we pick him up.

Our dog Horace absolutely LOVES this place. He looks forward to coming every morning and always greets the owners with a big kiss and a cuddle first thing. He comes home exhausted and his behaviour and anxiety has improved so much since bringing him here.

The owners are so lovely, friendly and caring. You can tell they genuinely love the dogs in their care and treat them as if they were their own.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough if you are looking for daycare or boarding for your fur baby.

An absolutely brilliant kennels. Very polite and friendly staff that go above and beyond for your animals. To make their stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. They love my Jasmine and she in turn loves them, and they have always taken great care of jasmine. Especially as she needs alot of attention with a few medical conditions, requiring daily medication. They performed all tasks needed brilliantly. The kennels are nice with cosy beds and individual outside area they can freely go through to, especially in summer. And heating for the colder months as well. The price for the stay is also extremely fab and reasonable. They even sell a few bits like varied treats and bowls as well. They also perform extras if needed like bathing your pet upon pick up for a small fee. I Would highly recommend this place for either your dog or cat. I absolutely love them. And will always board jasmine here when needed. Thank you all at bed and biscuits for your amazing care of jasmine. 🐾 Xx

My dogs love this place!!! The staff, the accommodation, the cleanliness all the way to the commitment to put pics and videos online for owners to see their babies all rated a huge 5 STAR ⭐ I never worry about going away as I think my dogs prefer the time at bed and biscuit to play with all their friends 😄 Lovely staff and extremely recommended by me and my babies 🐶 ❤

My three dogs have stayed there on several occasions and despite not being the easiest to look after they all come out very happy. Great staff who love their jobs. Would recommend them to anyone

My 2 Cairn terriers, Jock and Skye, have a wonderful time here in Eastwood at the Bed and Biscuit. The staff are friendly, reliable, responsible, and obviously animal lovers. When I go away and leave my dogs here, I know they are in safe hands.

Our daxies(2) were very happy to have stayed here, not stressed at all.
We felt very confident leaving them with the very friendly staff.

Love bringing my girls, they always have a great time and come home exhausted. The staff are so welcoming and my girls always greet them with such enthusiasm. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic!! First time our toy poodle has stayed away from home. They knew we were concerned and said we could message them whenever we needed to.

They was fantastic with my dog and looked after him, will be booking again when go on holiday.
