Absolutely stunning place. The staff made it everything. Me and my fiancĂ© arrived, parked and walked the grounds. The entrance way and waiting room staff were all pleasant and didn’t judge. The afternoon tea was delicious and again, wait staff were so attentive. Will go back this summer/or winter. Lovely.

What can I say - idyllic location in the quiet village of castle Combe. This is a must visit in the Cotswolds - it's a living village (so be respectful), but it almost has the atmosphere of a show village. It's beautifully kept and beautifully quiet.

The manor house is also beautiful, and the level of service given by the staff is second to none - you feel immediately welcomed, they are warm and friendly - 24/7. I've never experienced hospitality quite like it, they're role models in their industry and assets to the Manor. They made our stay.

The rooms are stunning and spacious, with a jacuzzi bath and incredible showroom if you're staying in the cottages (I can't speak for the hotel room as we didn't stay in there).

11/10 experience.

Went for a celebratory afternoon tea with all the family. Staff were exceptional! Amazing service and care was taken. Very helpful to everyone. Nothing too much trouble. Location is great for a wonder round the village also. Very narrow roads to get to it for the last few miles.

Our stay at the Manor House Hotel was absolutely wonderful it's even more stunning in person. Also right near the prettiest little village ever castle combe which we loved. The food was also divine. The staff were very friendly. One waiter in particular he was lovely and we gave him an extra tip for being so nice. Overall we loved it and would come back in a heartbeat.

We've stayed before so were keen to go back, as such a wonderful place to unwind and relax in luxurious surroundings.
The room was spotlessly clean, well furnished, with an impressive view across the front lawns.
The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom with its various shower options, and bath with TV to watch was great.
The meal we had at the Castle Inn was absolutely delicious; we the the Venison, and Pork Loin, and both meats were cooked to perfectly.
And finally, and most importantly, the staff at hotel were wonderful. Friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble, including late night room service.
We will be going back for sure

Attended a business meeting at the hotel. A beautiful setting and fabulous hotel. The roaring log fire on entering was enough to want to stay for the week! Staff were very helpful, polite.
Lunch was really nice.
Will definatley book a stay soon on this first impression.

We ate with 3 friends in the Castle Inn, a very nice experience, the staff were efficient and welcoming. Everywhere within the complex, we were met with friendly & attentive staff, our room was extensively stocked with delightful toiletries, and the room itself was comfortably furnished, and highly recommended.

Fabulous...a gem of a Hotel in a stunning setting in a historic village untouched by modernisation. So many are often ruined by these planning baffoons but this takes you back to simpler times. The Hotel is an integrated part of the village and has that air about it as you traverse the walkways. Staff very good and the chef and his team in the restaurant well deserved of their Michelin star as the tasting menu was as good as any we have tried including the 3 Michelin star restaurants we have eaten in...look forward to revisiting again soon...just perfect.

Absolutely beautiful stay! The staff are so kind and attentive - special thank you to Allie! The property is so breathtaking - make sure you leave time to wander around! We stayed in the cottages which are a 2 mins walk from the main house and modernized. The bathroom was particularly amazing - heated floor, huge shower, huge bathtub, and a TV. The food is fantastic though, admittedly, we weren’t huge fans of the dinner at Bybrook which we’ve reviewed separately. It was the one anomaly during our visit, which was spectacular overall. This is also a great location for exploring other beautiful villages throughout the Cotswolds - just be sure to rent a car!

Had afternoon tea here. It's the most perfect location, the Manor House is fantastic with its old rustic charm and fantastic kept grounds. Having experienced it is December we'll definitely go back in the summer months as it will look even better with the flowers and trees in full bloom.

Idyllic Cotswold Village of Coombe unfortunately spoiled by hundreds of tourists walking around the hotel grounds and picnicking on the grass by the river.

Staff were outstanding food is outstanding as as the hotel and rooms

We treated ourselves to an afternoon tea at the Manor House for our 20th wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic and the scones were divine. The staff were also fantastic - very friendly, attentive and incredibly professional. Afterwards, we had a walk around the Italian gardens, which while not at their best in late October were still attractive.

I've only seen this from the outside, but I fell in love with it. It looks so beautiful and colourful in the springtime. ❤

This will be a stay we remember for our lives! We celebrated my partners 30th birthday in one of the cottages on the grounds in The Manor House. We also got engaged! We dined at the Bybrook which was good and had breakfast in the morning. The room was very good with the biggest bathroom I’ve ever seen. The shower had 4 jets on the wall and a big shower head above. The bathroom even had a TV. We were given Champagne and Chocolates as well! Thank you to all the staff for our memorable stay and we may see you again for the wedding!

Had to order room service for dinner every day during my stay (7 nights) and just once did they bring exactly what I ordered the way I ordered it. Such a shame.
