Jordan French is the estate agent in Ilkeston that has been handling the progress of my house purchase, he took over from another estate agent who left and has only been with the company a short time. The purchase hit a problem, he dealt with it professionally and quickly. I felt that he was very passionate of my situation on my behalf. He is very personable and I would recommend him any day of the week

I have been in the process of purchasing my first property for close to a year, and in this time I have dealt with a number of estate agents. I have liaised mostly with Lydia who has been an absolute pleasure to work with from viewing the property to now; nearing completion. Recently tried to sell our house through Renshaws after seeing a house we really wanted, they really understood our need to sell fast and went above and beyond to get our house on the market within a few hours, unfortunately things didn’t go our way with regards to the new house and we had to take the house off the market, Renshaws were very understanding off our situation and took our house of the market with no issues. If the time comes to sell our house again I will definitely be using Renshaws, Rick, Lydia and the team were fantastic
