Absolutely brilliant job by Richard. The marble floor was dull and badly scratched due to dust and grit being tramped into it during reinstatement work following a central heating leak and also a badly moved piano. Some of the scratches were too deep to remove, but the rest of the floor is now brilliantly shining again and the scratches are much less visible. Richard worked quickly and explained every stage as he went through the process. He followed up with advice about continuing care of the floor. Very satisfied.

My rather grubby 30-year-old Fired Earth terracotta tile kitchen and hallway floors have been brought back to life in spectacular fashion that more than lived up to expectations. I am delighted with the results. Richard and Lucy are a friendly and efficient team and Richard's attention to detail during the two-day cleaning and re-sealing job was impressive. I can highly recommend Floor Restore. Richard and Lucy, who own the business, were very professional from start to finish. Lucy was efficient at the booking and admin, and Richard did an excellent job at restoring our floors which had seen a lot of traffic over the previous sixteen years. We had different flooring in each of the areas that included quarry tiles, flagstones, and both ceramic and slate flooring. The difference in the before and after was amazing.

Tired, grubby looking Limestone floor transformed into looking brand new again. Brilliant job done on time and as quoted. Carpets also looking great after being cleaned. Would recommend Richard to anyone wanting flooring or carpets restored

Richard worked tirelessly to totally restore our limestone flooring. They looked incredible afterwards - like new! He’s an absolute perfectionist. We’ve got quite a few dogs and so we’ve already booked our next clean for 2023!

I can't believe what a fantastic job Richard has done on my old floor tiles which were looking decidedly grubby. Richard spent a whole day stripping and deep cleaning them, including cleaning all the dirty grout lines by hand. They now look like new! Richard and Lucy are a pleasure to do business with, highly recommended. Thank you both very much

Richard and Lucy were a pleasure to deal with throughout. Richard was very courteous and took time to discuss options and explain each stage as he carried it out. We are extremely pleased with the result and feel it was great value.

Richard even returned a few days later (free of charge) to repolish a large etch mark created by our cat the day after he had completed the job (typical!)

An excellent job by Richard. Our 20 year old Amtico floor looks fantastic - not as good as new, as it does show signs of wear, but as good as it could possibly get. We are delighted!

We use them every year to clean and service our large tiled kitchen/dining room floor. They always do a very professional job leaving the floor in pristine condition. They are always a pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

All I can say is 'wow', my tiled floor looks as good as new. I have a natural stone tile in my kitchen but it had got terribly ingrained with dirt that I just couldn't get out. I didn't expect miracles but to be honest that is what I have got. Absolutely delighted.
