Lovely staff and great customer service 8th October 22. Went to pick up a parcel and young lady served my Mum. Because the parcel hadn’t arrived back to the office she rang the post woman and arranged for it to be delivered on the way back from her round. This was well above and beyond in my opinion delivered with a smile. Thanks so much for your great help from 10 Lonsdale Chase! 😊👍🏻

Anytime I have attended the office, not often, staff seem ok, but I would like to say a big thank you to Jayne my post lady, she is a credit to Royal Mail, always smiling, helpful, “knows my post” ie where to put if not in. She definitely deserves a pay rise, pleasant but still professional.

The staff at this sorting office are very helpful I always have a good experience here. They also don't mind if you bring your dog when collecting and some of the staff are dog owners and sometimes have treats for my dog. I go here frequently and have never had a bad experience.

Very nice and helpful staff,always accommodating and go out of their way to help.Although I have found some of my letters at the bottom of the stairs,which were private and confidential.Also last month one of my letters went missing and I didn't take note of the tracking number.Wendy is a star and deserves special praise.
