Great shop lots items and evri drop off point, and nice man and lady serving, think new management.

I was expecting the prices to be expensive but was completely wrong because the discounts that I received I got 40% off. I will Definitely be going there again.

Thank God for these discounts. So lucky they were on the items that i like.

Difficult to make the lady understand what you want

I have not met anyone so rude in my life. I went to collect a parcel, the female shop assistant was having a casual conversation with someone on the phone whilst serving me. I told her I'd come to collect a parcel, gave her my name. Showed her vinted. Sadly I couldn't not find the email confirmation. Refused to give me my parcel despite showing her the parcel number and ID. She asked for an email. Just said it was her problem and carried on with a conversation on the phone. No manners or customer service whatsoever! Rude.

Meant to open at 6am... owner rolls up at 6.35am. Asked for Hermes drop-off and he rudely says I'm going to have to wait 45 minutes for him to set up the system. Avoid this place, go next door!

Used this company for many years it was excellent, but since the change in ownership, this business has spiralled downwards where the service is now poor, the owners extremely rude and we have now decided enough is enough and we are paying more for a better service

It doesn't seem to open at 6am. Wasted time the second time driving and returning as it's not open even at 7am
