The King And Miller

We arrived at King and Miller this afternoon without a reservation and were able to find a table. The service was great, the atmosphere was lovely and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I ordered 3 adult meals and a children's meal, we all had drinks too and the total cost was less than £45 for everything.
We will definitely be returning customers.

We decided to try somewhere different, and purchased a Groupon voucher, 2 x starters, 2 x main meals for £18. Absolute bargain. The table was reserved for us, the food was amazing. Service great and a very christmasy atmosphere. We'll definitely visit again. Exceptional value.

Had a lovely meal as a family off the menu. The pub was busy and we were told it would be a 45 minute wait for a table of 5. As it happened the food came within 30 minutes piping hot. The service was 100% the staff were busy but even though they were busy they still found the time to make sure our experience was a pleasant 1. Really friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. And the new menu is absolutely lovely. All of our party enjoyed the food. Keep up the good work see you soon. Katie and team. Xxx

We visited with family, six adults & four children, found the food & drink to be very reasonably priced & good size portions. Not being local & having used a Sizzler pub regularly in my home town, I can say this pub is better & the food here was better presented, not only was it good, it looked good. Thanks for a good all round experience.

The fish and chips I had was absolutely lovely it's the second time I've had it and can't fault it, and I'm a very fussy eater. I was out with my friend who had scampi and she also enjoyed hers. 10 out of 10 from Jayne & Mandy 😀

Darren and Ashley were absolutely brilliant, they cooked our fantastic meals after the kitchen should have closed. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. They always look after us!

We've come to this place so many times and I'm just now writing a review. We love this place so much, and they rarely disappoint. They have good starters, mains and puddings, the servers are beyond friendly and they always try their best to accommodate you with whatever you need. It's a really nice place overall. We highly recommend! :)

Rachel was amazing she really looked after me and my family she is very polite and friendly. She gave me and my family an amazing time also went the extra mile with anything else we needed ❤ 💙

Walk in, find a table for food or just have a drink and a chat! Food always lovely. Staff always clean, polite and more than willing to help in any way they can.

The meals were all excellent served piping hot and very well presented
Rob the duty manager went out of his way to accommodate our medical requests and for 2 of us who don’t like mushrooms he sorted a different dish
The staff were all very organised happy and helpful
The pub was busy and there was a lovely atmosphere

40th Wedding Anniversary Celebration, they were very accommodating and the staff were both friendly and quick to help. Food was piping hot and plentiful.
We could order at the bar or via their online ordering service which was nice as I've got enough apps on my phone already.
All in all a Brilliant day was had by everyone.
Thank you King and Miller we will be back again soon.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.
One staff member (Rachel) who was not on shift just visiting, chose to cut her evening short to help out as the staff were rushed off their feet, they all still managed to give excellent customer service.

Daz the barman was awesome really helpful then we asked the waitress to thank the chef because the food was amazing and Zoe the chef came out she was brilliant definitely will go again

We are always happy with the food and service. Just be nice if there was Sunday lunch on offer like a roast.

Very good value, the new surf n turf was excellent. 8oz juicy sirloin oozing with garlic prawns, delicious.

Very nice food, great service with a lovely staff

The food was great and the staff courteous, polite and friendly. Was told waiting time for food would be approximately 40 minutes but it arrived at our table within 25 minutes.
The only negative ( and perhaps safety issue ) was small children running around restaurant area & between tables. Maybe a polite word from staff to people with children to keep them under supervision or signage that children should be supervised might help.
