Bought my new property from Reeds Rains, the purchase was quick and they kept me informed throughout. Couldn't recommend the team at Reeds Rains enough. Great service.

As i live abroad, communication was key. Krystal and her team did a great job. Had a buyer within 2-3 weeks and kept us up to date throughout the process.

I moved to my house around 3 years ago with Reeds Rains. Then 2.5 years later, circumstances changed and the only estate agents I thought of using to sell were Reeds Rains. They have been very helpful throughout and made sure the process was as efficient as it could be for both buyer and seller. Really pleased with the service again and will recommend to anyone.

I recently sold a property but was up with a different estate agent to start with but 5 months down the line I only had about half a dozen views so I changed to Reeds Rains and within a couple of days I had a buyer . It as been a long time since I had sold a house so wasn’t sure how it all worked but I had nothing to worry about as all the staff at the Leyland branch were excellent.

I recently sold a property and used Reeds Rains for the sale. From day one everything went smoothly. I’d never sold a house before and was a little anxious as I didn’t know the procedure ….. I need’nt have worried. All the staff at the Leyland branch were excellent. I was kept up to date with everything that was going on and emailed regularly with updates. The lady I dealt with was Krystal and she really couldn’t do enough for me.
The whole sale (although slow going at first) was done professionally and timely. I would certainly recommend Reeds Rains to anyone thinking of selling their house.

I recently used Reeds Rains to sell my property and I can't recommend them highly enough.
They got the property on the market very quickly and secured a large number of viewings. They gave feedback on all viewings (unless they didn't receive feedback themselves) and were excellent at communicating with myself.

Reeds Rains, Leyland, have always been very helpful, thorough and efficient. They have a close eye for detail and nothing seems to ever be too much trouble. They managed one rental property for me initially and since then I have asked them to manage another couple as I was so impressed with the quality of service. I have tried other agents but none of them came close to the service I received from Krystal, Carole and Mark throughout. I would happily recommend them as I do think the Leyland branch is exceptionally good!!
