Posting this as a first time buyer. Would just like to say what a great team at the Leyland branch. From start to finish, they have been great with communication, prompt and unreal with my 100s of questions. The whole process has been stress free for us as they have dealt with everything on point.

Francesca has been dealing with our case mainly from the initial viewing to the final process, and words cannot express how thankful we are! Not only friendly, but very quick with responses and dealt with everything for us. She was there when we had questions and never made us feel out of the loop. Thank you once again.

Will definitely be using in the future when their services are needed.

First and foremost I must lay the basis of our journey. My partner and I were first-time buyers, from Chorley and had struggled to find the right place to fit. We had reservations about relocating to Leyland however upon meeting Helen (our House Guru) those qualms were laid to rest.

She was amazing, a truly lovely estate agent who was upfront, friendly and most of all genuine in our first-time approach to the housing market. Our property was shown and we loved it, we made an offer on the spot!

Post offer, many thanks go out to Sophie and Rochelle (and a lad who's name escapes me, I'm sorry bud!!) who kept us reliably informed and went out of their way to ensure our first move was a swift and comfortable one!!

Having moved house 6 weeks ago into a house being sold by Entwistle Green, I thought it was about time I left this review.
I was SO grateful to have Jamie-Leigh helping me with the purchase of my new house. She was always happy to help and full of practical help and guidance. I must comment that Jamie-Leigh’s communication was excellent which really helped make the whole process run more smoothly. On the couple of occasions when I was unable to speak to her directly, other members of the team were most helpful.
I would definitely recommend Entwistle Green based on my positive experience of them!

Highly recommend, Helen stepped in to act on our sale after another estate agent had been unable to find a buyer, within a week our property was sold at an excellent price. Very professional, kept informed throughout the process, great service.

Big shout out to the team at Leyland. Specifically Carol Shepherd and Jamie-Leigh Oak who have worked tirelessly to help completion within my chain applying excellent communication skills. Even more impressive by the fact that Entwistle Green were not even my estate agents they were acting on behalf of the seller. I personally chose to sell with Strike and whilst they may be cheaper they provided very little support/updates once we had achieved a sale on our own property and found our new home. The chain itself was very problematic with more than its fair share of hurdles yet I never received any updates from Strike. However with Carol's tenacity and focus our move went ahead and as such I would highly recomend this company.

Great estate agents, good service. Sophie showed us around 2 properties we were interested in & was the most knowledgeable estate agent we have met. Answered all the questions & did a fantastic job.
