Great post office with very help and friendly staff

The post office staff are always friendly and efficient, making each visit a pleasant experience. (I use this post office almost every working day and never had a bad experience.)

A regular at this post office since I moved to Euston recently, and it’s always smiles from the staff and everyone is happy to help. A special mention to Helen and Chloe who I end up chatting away to whilst they scan my parcels in. Can’t recommend enough

Also great service from staff who are always friendly and happy to help ,especially Helen, great member of staff and an asset to the Post Office.

Have to disagree with the above reviews,popped in today 29/12 with a vehicle license problem and the lady behind the counter sorted the problem quickly,efficiently and with a smile certainly going the extra mile.

My original review is below and gave one star. I’m now increasing the rating to two stars based on the good service and friendly attitude a member of staff (Helen) consistently gives. Unfortunately I can’t give more as the comments below stand.

There is one of the post office staff here who is incredibly rude and curt , which is a shame as the others are helpful and more pleasant (but none go the extra mile it has to be said). I only go to this post office if I have to.

Called in to buy some stamps just after 12pm. There was a que of 5 people all with parcels but i was prepared to wait my turn. How ever the lady assistant on one counter was under pressure but coping well but the second counter (closed sign up)the lady assistant was sat there munching on her dinner and playing with her phone for the whole of the customer que to see by which time the que was even longer down the food aisles. I appreciate everyone is entitled to their lunch break but not blatantly in front of a growing que which by the time I had left was 12+! One customer in front of me said this has happened before with the post office staff! Not great customer service!

Waited 25 mins to get served, only ONE lady working while the other lady was on the phone the whole time I waited..

Just been to send a package by recorded delivery.. The older woman that served me was very rude and not a smile in sight !!! Everything seemed too much like hard work for her.. She has history though - i have never known her be cheerful. I think she is not cut out for customer service !!

Not sure why the most expensive ways of sending items are the only ones offered at times? There are rude notes everywhere?!
