I have been living in the house rented by Eafield & Maple for almost a year. The agents are very nice and helpful at every stage. Moreover, they are very professional and care about the interests of both parties - the landlord and the tenant. They always responded immediately to reported problems or inquiries. Great estate agents! Very professional but also warming and friendly and very easy to talk to. Any issues I’ve had they have always sorted it straight away. Very responsive to emails and getting paperwork for tenancy through quick. Would highly recommend.

Rented through them for over 4 years and never had any problems. Always happy to help, and nothing is ever too much. Great communicators with landlord and ourselves. Unfortunately the landlord had to sell, but the support offered by Paul was second to none and sincere. Highly recommend renting through these!

Currently having to move house and Eafield and Maple could not be anymore helpful. Keeping up with emails and sending us the latest properties they think would suit us. Our own estate agents who we have been with for 7 years haven't even bothered to help us find another place. Theses people are lovely and a big thank you to Libby for all her hard work, I'm sure she will find us somewhere we will love.
