I instructed Michael Holden regarding a full survey for a house purchase.

The service I received was excellent.

The time taken from instruction to receiving the survey was very quick, and I was talked through the whole survey by the surveyor. They were also on hand for me to ask any questions once I had read the survey.

I can confirm that at every step of the way communication was excellent, both by email and over the phone, with emails being replied to promptly, and phone calls being returned as soon as possible if the appropriate person was out of the office when I rang.
