The staff are extremely polite and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Specsavers Accrington. The 2 for 1 deal is excellent value for money. I’m so happy with my 2 pairs. And if adjustments or repairs are needed they will gladly help.

4th time visit here over the last 10+ yrs, always had great service. Good choice of specs and friendly, helpful staff. No idea how prices compare but happy with the 2 for 1 offers and cost of eye test and glasses. Recommended.

Lovely staff, always made to feel so welcome. Saira and Tracy go above and beyond. The woman who greets you at the door (Miriam I think) is so welcoming and kind. Would always use this store.

Been going here since I was 3, amazing people who take care of me and know my on going conditions. And spotted something that should not have been thair and due to this they sent me to hospital and saved my life. Now my whole family have our eyes tested here

Made an appointment a few days ago, seen on time, very professional eye test and a lovely lady helped me sort out two pairs of glasses.

Went for an appointment today at the Accrington store. All colleagues that dealt with me were absolutely fantastic. Lovely to speak to and very professional throughout. 2 colleagues called Tracy and Miriam, can’t fault them, brilliant. The optician who completed my test was great too but didn’t catch her name :-)

Fast track service, prompt seeing to upon arrival. Most of the time spent was actually choosing what style of glasses to go for.

What a great service! I had my retina checked. In Austria this will take 3 months to get an appointment. Here it took my 15min to get an appointment on the same day.

Very friendly staff. Good communication about appointments and when glasses are ready. Didn't have a large selection of large black glasses for me, but that's my personal preference, but my occupational glasses are fantastic. What a difference.
