When my original buyer had to pull out, Pendle Hill got it back under offer within a day meaning that we didn't lose out on the property we were purchasing. The things that set Pendle Hill apart are their local knowledge, the fact they are proactive and the way Andrew responds to emails pretty much as soon as you hit send! The whole team are friendly and you just feel like you can trust them to make moving house stress free.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Andrew Taylor and the team worked hard to sell my property. It was never going to be easy, then came lockdown 1. By working as a team and with the benefit of the stamp duty holiday, interest was reignited and a buyer was quickly found. Andrew is a straight talking, no nonsense man with lots of local knowledge.
