Fantastic Post Office! For a Sub Post Office the opening times are wonderful. Lovely staff, who are always friendly. So glad it didn't shut.

Really nice helpful people who go out of their way to assist you, lots of various items to buy if you run short of something and a good selection of Cards and Jams

Fantastic customer service. Big queue today with Christmas coming up. There was an old chap seated, the owner came over to him and gave him his paperwork back. He then wanted cash out, the owner waited whilst he walked with his stick to the counter and then told him to take his time putting everything away before he walked out. I can’t rate this Service highly enough and regularly visit here rather than the 2 nearest my home.

The Sports Massage Association have set up a Drop and Go account for a local supplier to post our orders directly to our clients. It is so easily managed, we top up the card on line and the supplier can charge postage to our account. The SMA gets emails to say the card has been used, our remaining credit etc. Definitely the most convenient form of posting for us. Whalley post office manage this so well for us and always contact us if there is a problem
