Accrington Post Office

Called in today regarding a passport issue ....never met a more considerate helpful lady and gentleman behind the counter ...pointed me in the right direction...filled the form out while I waited...give yourselves a pat on the back who ever you are....thankyou

I called to renew my passport that had run out just before COVID.
Wow ... It couldn't be more simple . . Take the old passport , get some photos taken in the machine, tell the counter lady, email address, home address and phone number , wait 5-10 minutes and done, fantastic. Old passport gets sent to passport hq , and just to wait for the new one back, simples. TY post office that's was easy.
update. . new passport arrived in a week 👍

I use this Post office on a regular basis.
The staff go the extra mile and deliver excellent customer service, they are professional, courteous and helpful to their customers.
The premises are kept clean and tidy.

Very helpful staff , and didn't have to wait too long in queue .

I read the reviews on line and they weren't good, so I went in to Blackburn ainsworth st the booth there to take photos for a driving licence in an official form wasn't working, I was told it wasn't going to be fixed. I asked where I could go and they said mill Mill hill post office and she said they shut at 2pm. Travelled 15 mins to get there and they were closed , they shut at 12:30. So I had no option but to travel to another 20 mins to Accrington, the staff were extremely helpful helped me with my application but I had to use the standard photo booth. They did all the work , I can't recommend them enough. Thank you

It's a very good post office - clean and well stocked with friendly knowledgeable staff. Also has a passport photo machine.
Main downside is that it's often busy and you'll have to queue a while.

Bit surprised by the reviews, I post here a few times a month and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I got served right away and the post office was quiet. The lady that served me went out of her way to help me.
