Clayton-le-Moors Post Office

Just dropped off today's parcels and Daniel was his usual smiley and chatty self. Drop off here almost every day and get great service.

Staff are always welcoming and friendly.
Mohammed and his family are lovely and very knowledgeable about all things Mail.
Always greeted with a smile and asked how the family are.

Huge selection of toys, cards, stationary, candles, gifts and homewares. Clean and neat.
I will always use this post office for any of my mailing, greeting cards, gift vouchers and small presents.

Brilliant staff, mailing was quick and easy. very large post office and has little random bits and bobs, I always end up walking out with something I didn't go in for, beware.

Staff behaviour is very friendly.

Excellent and post collection 4.30pm as collection near me 9pm. Staff are very helpful, well stock ed lots of things you don't expect to see in a post office.

I've lived in clayton all my life and seen people come and go in this post office you can go in for gas or electricity or for a card or paper or any little thing and que up for ages and just to get a little thing. When you say there service is so slow. It's not fair on old people who wait for ages just to get a little item. POOR SERVICE ALWAYS THAT'S THE TRUTH and arrogant with it bad service always

Went to the post office today Tuesday at 10.15 it was closed with the shutter's down.
I was talking to a lady who told me it never opens on time it can get 11.00 before the owner arrives. This is totally unacceptable you can't be responsible for a business which is serving the local community and just pick and choose when you show up.
This business should not be allowed to keep it's post office franchise.

Once again closed during advertised opening times. The present management seem to open when they feel like it. Not good for a post office.

Used this post office for years no problems at all.due to Mrs being unwell and unable to go herself.i went myself with my identification showing same names on account.i was served last no problem this week due to someone official in shop I was clearly refused to be served.beware stay away if possible.

Shut at half three on a friday despite being advertised as open until half five. What a disgrace

Absolutely rubbish now the people running it before have left. Book your postage online quicker, cheaper and easier.
