An excellent service from Bold Street Beds as usual. Gary has an efficient and pleasent approach to customers and is a pleasure to deal with. We would not go anywhere else for our bed or matress requirements...order placed and delivered in a timely manner.

Absolutely amazing company to deal with! We loved their approach from start to finish, we were given plenty of time to look around and weren’t pressured into buying or making a decision. No pushy sales tactics!

We bought a storage ottoman bed and a new mattress, with a try for so many days guarantee. We had to pay a little extra for a special mattress protector to make this guarantee valid, but as we needed one anyway, we were happy to! And glad we did, we changed our mind about the mattress after getting to know it for a few weeks and we were able to pop into store to swap it over :) the team’s attitude was so friendly with us throughout this process, even though my husband and I felt a bit bad we didn’t get it right first time. They even so kindly price matched the new mattress which was a little more expensive, to the original we’d purchased.

A year on, we are so happy and in love with our new bed and mattress! It’s the best we’ve ever had. We’d recommend Bold Street and Richard to anyone who is looking for a new mattress or bed, and we won’t be going anywhere else in the future either.

We visited here after a recommendation from a neighbour and we were not disappointed. The staff were all welcoming but did not make us feel pressured . Lisa helped us pick out a bed and headboard and we also purchased a and mattress , communication was fantastic and we only waited 3 weeks for our delivery with a text in the morning to give us an hour slot . The polite delivery team assembled our new bed and took our old mattress away free of charge. we did have a slight issue after delivery but Lisa was fast to rectify our issue. Again nothing was too much trouble and communication was fantastic. We had looked at the bigger companies before hand but we are happy we decided to buy from here. The bed is beautiful and great quality. No hesitation to buy from here again

Great service from Richard at Bold Street Beds. There was a slight defect in one of the mattresses we bought and he exchanged it with no issues. He even price matched with an online competitor too. Super experience. Recommended.

Another brilliant service from Bold Street Beds. I cannot express enough how very helpful & patient the gentleman we dealt with was. He spent a good couple of hours answering all our questions and guiding us in our choice of king-size bed.
The delivery was another excellent experience. The two delivery guys took extreme care whilst carrying up to the bedroom, in a very precise military manoeuvre (so as not to damage any paint work or doors). They then unpacked, set up and removed all the packaging in a very efficient manner. Whilst it was unfortunate that their supplier had failed to deliver our mattress protector, we were provided with an alternative and our original choice of cover was delivered to our door just a couple of days later. Thank-you for going 'above & beyond', your staff are a credit to you.

Lots of choice and very helpful advice. We found a bed we liked, and after thinking about it, called the following day to order it. Delighted to get a phone call to say they could deliver in three days! The delivery people were friendly and careful (putting on shoe protectors is a very nice touch), and they arrived punctually, following a text message to let us know the time. We are very pleased with the bed, and appreciated the recycling of our old mattress. All in all, a very satisfactory transaction. Many thanks!

Amazing choice of beds and staff were very helpful but no high pressure sales. Bed was delivered two days later and they put it all up for us too.

Fantastic service! Would rather support a friendly local family business than a big chain. We were left to browse the store and could ask for help/recommendations/specifications of the beds when ready. Very helpful, polite, friendly and approachable. Bed was delivered on time and the guys that put the bed together were great. The one hour window slot we had been given for the delivery was great as we could plan the rest of our day. Would definitely recommend. We love the bed.

Went to bold street beds after having a total nightmare with bensons beds the staff at bold street bed’s couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful and made sure we got the right bed for our needs im disabled and they took the time and effort to help me use the stairlift this is the second time I’ve used this company and would highly recommend them thanku to the staff top marks for quality and service

Second visit to this store, first with my elderly mother in law and again with my parents - both times the service provided was exemplary - friendly, helpful and more than willing to spend time with you to find the right purchase for you. No pressured sales, just honest, practical advice.
Delivery for my MIL was just as expected - delivery for my parents arranged for when it suits them. A much better sales experience than any other bed store - would definitely recommend.

We didn’t know what to expect during a pandemic, wanting to purchase a bed. Upon our arrival everything was laid out - one way system and sanitisers. We met a very informative and knowledgeable salesman who had experienced not only selling but making beds. We identified what we were looking for and left to try at our own time to try and view the types of beds that we were looking at. Once we had chosen what we liked, I expected a big negotiation to take place , but surprised that this was not needed a good offer was given to us, what we wanted to pay. Paid our deposit and given an approximate date for delivery and to the day the bed was delivered by expert staff who took the bed upstairs for us and took our old one away at no extra expense. Fantastic service from start to finish with no pressure sales techniques by half interested salesmen. Cannot give a higher recommendation.

Top quality service and a wide selection of beds to choose from. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you need help picking the right mattress or bed, this is the place to go!

We bought our bed frame and mattress from Bond St. Great selection, staff friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy. Ordered, great communication with delivery. Frame unpacked and made, mattress fitted.

I ordered a bed over the phone as I live in London but needed it for my parents house in Preston. The salesman was really helpful and very knowledgeable and as we spoken directed me to a website to see the bed, which I then ordered, Delivery was arranged and he agreed that his delivery team would take a sofabed downstairs and into the garage and erect the bed in it's place. What lovely, helpful and polite delivery chaps, they couldn't have been more helpful, removed all the rubbish, made sure the sofabed didn't get wet, it was raining and were just fab! The bed is lovely and very comfy - what a joy to deal with - highly recommended!
