St Andrews House Hotel

We have just returned home to Ireland. From having what I can only say as a fantastic 3 days stay in Preston. This was added too by our stay in St Andrews House Hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. The management and staff were both very helpful and friendly. The breakfast were excellent and plentiful. Will we be staying here again. Most definitely. Also I will be highly recommending it to anyone visiting the Preston area.

The staff went above and beyond to help me with some last minute changes to book an extra room and arrange late check-in. All was handled really well with friendly service throughout. Parking was good, the room and decor, shower, towels, bedding etc. all of a high standard. And breakfast was cooked fresh. Highly recommended.

Made to feel extremely welcome. Room was very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was lovely. The whole stay was great value for money and the location was ideal for the town centre .

Such a friendly and welcoming stay! The location is great, only a few miles from the M6 junction, they were flexible and warmly welcoming. The bedroom was clean and well presented, with all the facilities you need, and the en-suite was fresh and new!
Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and to top it all, only £50 for one person for the night?! What's not to like.

I stayed here for two nights while seeing friends for the weekend. The rooms where spot on and the breakfast was well done and good quality and the staff couldn’t do enough.

Unexpectedly, I had to find a hotel in Preston and booked St. Andrew’s House Hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised. My single room was fairly small but perfectly adequate and well-eqipped. The room and the hotel as a whole were spotlessly clean. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and obliging. The breakfasts were fantastic with a good variety of options, and, I’m sure the hotel is well-known for its bacon, sausage and egg barms! If ever I need a hotel in Preston again, I’ll definitely book at St. Andrew’s. Thank you, Lorraine and the other staff, I really enjoyed my stay.

Stayed here for one night in the de luxe family room with my daughter and grand daughter. The only problem was with the shower but that was quickly rectified by the management. Room was spotless. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of it. Waitress was friendly and very pleasant. All in all, an excellent experience and we will return off and on throughout the three years that my grand daughter is at university in Preston.

Absolutely love St Andrews House Hotel. Wonderful staff. Beautiful and Affordable rooms. Would highly recommend. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I was here for 2 weeks the owner and staff give excellent customer care and service to all residents and can provide veg sausages and top English Breakfast it's fabulous and they accept all communities and always with a smile every time.
It was so comfortable and so relaxing and being able to come as you please . The PRICES are absolutely very good 👍 and with a full Breakfast and juice and Yogurt and fruit and filtered coffee and cereal it's a large Breakfast for the stay. I did not regret a moment I was there and the staff Anne and Sandra who help at Breakfast are superb as well very efficient and excellent customer service.
It's a definite place to stay

Would usually stay at a Premier Inn when choosing a hotel for a night away, but because of its locallity to the venue I was attending I thought I would risk it, and in all honesty, given its price, was not expecting a great deal. How wrong I was. It was absolutely fabulous, from the welcome, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the choices at breakfast and staff. Really cannot find fault, and would certainly recommend any traveller passing through preston, who wants to avoid the centre of Preston, with free parking as an added bonus, check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Very well run guest house. Stayed in the single, which was a little small, but as I was staying with work it was all I needed. Extremely clean. Breakfast was great. Staff very welcoming. Overall a top notch work stay. If I'm working this way again, I will certainly book here.

Such a great bed and breakfast.
Staff are lovely and the hotel is clean and well decorated.
The complimentary breakfast is great... continental and/or breakfast roll.
Rooms have everything you need, WiFi works great and getting in and out the hotel is simple, with codes provided.
The hotel is about 30 mins walk from the town centre and is nice and quiet.

Stayed here to attend a wedding. Very accomodating, let me do an early check-in so we could get ready. Great sized room, great price and really enjoyed toasted sandwich for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful Victorian house with many original features yet tastefully decorated. Host is really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Just an overnight stay for me, my partner and father. We were all extremely happy with our rooms and a great price paid. My father had the free breakfast and was really happy with the options available. Definitely use again if available when we travel again to Preston.

Very reasonably priced room close to where I needed to be in Preston. Nice room and Great breakfast. In a quiet area too. Thank you. I'll stay again when I'm in the area next.

Stayed here on Friday 17th Dec, and can say this place is fantastic and great value for money. We stayed in room 10 which was nice and clean and had really comfy beds (which makes a change for hotels). The staff members were really polite and kind, and made us a really tasty hot egg/bacon/sausage bap in the morning. I would most definitely stay here again if I was in Preston and would recommend to anyone else who's planning to stay in the area.

Booking in at just after 3 was quick but told everything we need to know and issues with key and codes. Changed rooms for us because of mobility issues. Room beautifully decorated and had en suite facility with heated towel rail and shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and welcome biscuits. Bed comfortable and room warm. Quick boost of fire for 30 minutes to warm room on getting up. Breakfast was help yourself to cereals croissants and jam or marmalade porridge fruit juice tea coffee milk and staff offered a hot breakfast bap sausage bacon and egg included in cost. Full English additional. Staff and patrons very friendly polite and efficient. Easily somewhere to recommend. Slight issue for those with mobility issues so phone Nd have a chat before booking. Parking on site free to patrons.

Lovely welcome and friendly staff, well located and good car park. Room was nice and clean and had all amenities. The breakfast was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was well priced and we will be coming again. Ideal if you want to visit Blackpool, only I short trip.
