Ordered two cartridges late Monday night and received them midday Wednesday. Fantastic service, item exactly as described and tracked with DPD delivery, would happily use again!

Absolutely brilliant, really friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. I was looking for headphones to use with a future electronic drum purchase and they let me play on their Roland Td-50k2 and brought out numerous sets of headphones for me to try. I ended up buying a pair that had been returned, but I got them at a 3rd of their original RRP, so ver happy. I'm going to a drum show to help me pick which electronic drum set, I said the suppliers might have offers on, otherwise I'd order through them, but they told me to let me know what offers were on and they would see what they can do. If you are in the Preston area and looking for electronic music gear, would highly recommend dropping in before just ordering online.

Highly recommend this old style music shop where you can actually see and try before you buy!! The two guys were especially helpful.

After some issues with my synth
( manufacturer fault ) they offered me replacement on the spot. Shout out to Ant who was very helpful and polite. We had a nice talk and laughs about quirky World of synthesizers.

Bought a KRK speaker from the team here. Not only was it a great price, the after sales service has been great.

My speaker had developed a fault after a few months of usage, of course a KRK issue and nothing to do with Music Matter.

Ant responded very quickly and was helpful throughout. Speaker fully functional and sounding great again in just over a week from posting!

Just wanted to say thank you, in particular to Ant, for giving us a great deal, fast replies and delivery and I’m over the moon with my TD27KV2 drum kit. I bought this for £300 cheaper than anywhere else I could find as a bundle with some Roland hardware. We contacted 2 other companies at the same time, and by the time they replied to say no deals were available, I'd actually received my new drum kit. Superb service !

Very helpful staff. I phoned late in the day with a technical query about an E-drum kit which the lady on the phone couldn't answer, and then received a call back next morning from the drum specialist as I'd been promised.
I'd already found the answer to my question via the Roland web chat system by then and had ordered the drums. The kit was sold at a good price and was with me 36 hours later.
Based on my experience - highly recommended.

In the end they weren't able to get hold of the item I wanted, but would shop here again. Showroom has decent stock and no pressure, got a refund sorted with no issues, and they were quick to respond to emails.

Clearly one of the best music stores in the country. Excellent service, always great prices, perfect customer service. One day delivery for gear in stock. I renewed all my equipment along this year (keyboard, carry bag and PA) and all the purchases were flawless. Also, they have the best credit solution in the market which is very useful for big shopping, specially if you can repay in less than a year as you can get 0% interest.
Now I'm definitely the live gig musician in town, with the best sound and gear. Top, top top!

Fantastic service!

Been on two occasions recently and had fantastic advice from both Lee and Chris. What I really appreciated was the fact that they took the time to really listen to my needs (I'm a novice) and offered me a range of appropriate solutions that were not just the most expensive but rather were the best tools for the job based on their first rate knowledge of the industry.

A gem of a place with nice and friendly staff.
I managed to get the V-Moda Headphones I wanted.

I ordered a set of studio speakers from this store. Unfortunately, the courier failed to knock or leave a note regarding the delivery and it appears that the parcel was stolen from my doorstep. After back and forth with DPD and lots of stress I thought I would never see the speakers or money again. However the guys at the store were more than helpful to assist me and re-shipped me the speakers which I have now received without hiccup.
I shall definitely be recommending this shop to all of my musical friends!
