I can honestly not say enough positive things about my interactions with Doctor Robertson over the years. I have always felt listened to and understood with any issues I have gone to her about and been treated as an individual and not just a number which sadly in today’s world is more common. Thank you very much. 😊

We moved from Canada Oct 1st 2023 and settled in Fulwood, Preston. We were very lucky to find Lytham Road Surgery for all our medical care. All the staff there have been 100% awesome every time myself & my husband deal with them. They go beyond and are always friendly and happy to help with any questions or concerns you have.

My visit to the practice this morning was excellent on time all health issues dealt with and also offered my shingles vaccination
As I have often said we are very fortunate in Fulwood to have such an excellent GP practice

Unbelievably helpful, empathetic team. Had been let down by our previous surgery in the production of an urgent letter. When I explained the situation and time sensitive nature of our request, it was produced in less than a day by practice manager Tracey Maher and her team. Thank you.

I recently had an appointment at Lytham Road Surgery, an NHS facility, and I must say, the experience was very positive. The reception staff was incredibly polite and helpful, which made a big difference in making the process smooth and less stressful. It's quite refreshing to see such a high level of care and efficiency in the NHS system. They really went out of their way to assist me, making me feel valued and well taken care of. I highly recommend Lytham Road Surgery to anyone seeking attentive and professional medical services within the NHS.

I honestly cannot thank Dr Glendinning enough for her care and attention the past few months. Having struggled with my mental health for many years, I now feel that I have a confident and support in her. I would defiantly recommended the practice to anyone looking for a GP that actually listens and provides direct support!

If your looking to join a new GP surgery and not sure which to choose, then I can 100% recommend this one to you. I'm a patient here and have been for years. I can't compliment them enough. The staff are really helpful, approachable and will go above and beyond to help you out with any query you have. The doctor I visit (who is my family doctor) is amazing and the best I've ever had. The location is easy to get to with on-site parking for disabled and non disabled patients. You can also charge your car if it's electric! Overall a truely fantastic surgery that I highly recommend.

Everything was well organised - clear signage for flu clinic, ample staff directing patients smiling and welcoming. The process was quick and easy. I only spent 2 mins from entering the building and having the vaccine and I was out.
The nurse also gave information on what to expect after having the vaccine and asked if I was allergic to anything too.
The environment was clean, fresh and well lit.

I arrived this morning at 8.15 am to request as advised by dr a repeat blood form as the previous days result was raised. I explained I was panicking as going on holiday. Sophie on reception was marvellous with me and asked Helen the nurse if she would do it for me. Helen explained my other test results, booked my heart review & said she would text me the results later in the afternoon.
They were both so kind and helpful and a came away feeling very relieved.

I think it's excellent that recently my children have been unwell and I have been able to access an appointment quickly and efficiently. I seen the huge improvement just over the last two years.

As always exemplary service from all at Lytham Road Surgery. The level of communication has significantly improved since the time at the old surgery. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so helpful. Well run and managed service.

I would like to give Sister Gail Delaney a special mention . I had been back and forth with different doctors trying to treat an infection in my daughters mouth. This nurse was amazing , she swabbed my daughters tongue and finally got to the bottom of her infection . Before this I had seen 4 doctors and been to the paediatric ward . Swabbing her tongue was not mentioned once until we saw Gail . Thank you so much Gail . Clearly very experienced in dealing with babies health . Had her tongue not been swabbed this infection would not have been picked up .
I was then seen by Dr Nair who was lovely and made phone calls to find out the best course of treatment for my daughters infection. I was worried and she was very reassuring that she would be okay .

After worrying about this for weeks I’m pleased to say after a week of treatment her infection has finally cleared up . Thank you so to you both x

Confirmation of my flu jab appointment when I booked. Then a reminder when I was a few minutes late from the doctor. When I got there, I was speedily dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. Very happy.

Brilliant GP Surgery. I've been a patient with them for over 13 years & the service has always been excellent & efficient.

My primary GP is Dr Robertson who has been amazing over the years helping & supporting me with my multiple health issues. I couldn't ask for a better GP. She has been the best and continues to be so.

I arrived 17 minutes early for my flu jab, but they were able to fit me in no problem. There were plenty of staff to deal with the admin and Sr Devlin was, as always, friendly and professional. All very well organised and how a surgery should be run.

Brilliant service. I rang for advise and was given a nurse practitioner appt that afternoon due to my ongoing health issues. The nurse was very helpful and professional dealing with my situation extremely well and referred me for further treatment with another nurse that afternoon. More information was given regarding further treatment and a future appointment made for me. I cannot fault the service I was given and the effective and professional treatment from both nurses.

Flu clinic this morning was super efficient. Called in for my injection before I had even sat down. Two minutes to answer the questions and have the jab, then out and away. Everybody was cheerful and efficient. Excellent service.

Excellent service. It’s was easy to get through to reception. I got an appointment on the same day for an issue that was not urgent.
I didn’t feel rushed at all, the Junior doctor I saw was kind, compassionate and thorough and was able to call in the GP to get a second opinion within a minute.

I was seen quickly, face to face at the surgery for an appointment which resulted in an urgent specialist referral.Due to the Dr’s thorough consultation. I was seen and treated by the consultant really quickly to resolve my health issue. Great service- thank you.
