Went to send a special delivery of a mobile phone that belongs to my mum whose 87, & the post office is showing as open until 6pm I was there 5.45 & so was the postman. You told me postman comes at 5.15 & can't send it today as too late! Even though the postman was there & he did say no at first & then said if you do it then i will take it, but you refused. I asked where can I go then, you told me Chorley Town ctr possibly! Which would have been shut by the time I got there. Absolutely no help at all in a very stressful situation. Will never go back there

Went in to enquire about the new stamps and how to swap out the old ones. Was given a royal mail redirection service leaflet! Not very helpful. Found it on line in the end.
