Whitmore Fisheries - Fishing Lakes

Disabled angler here who regularly fishes at this Beautiful Fishery. Easy acces to most pegs, great parking and i always catch....so does my son. The rules are online and there for a good reason. The place is clean and well run. The food is great too.

Well run fisherie with around 9 10 lakes to choose from. Tackle shop and a cafe, very clean toilets. Awesome silver, carp, and now sturgeon sport. It's a must if in the area. The basin holds the big sturgeon as you can see from my picture. Parking for disabled and normal parking.

I'm not a carp fisherman, preferring silver fish as a rule, but my mate Fred persuaded me to give it a bash.

The fishery is fantastic. Lots of different shaped lakes to choose from and all stocked very well. If you can't catch here, fishing isn't for you!

There's a nice little cafe that sells good coffee and excellent sausage baps. The toilets are in a great condition - unlike some fisheries I've been to in the past!

Well run, £10 a day top fishing.

Whitmore is my closest day ticket venue and it's somewhere you're always guaranteed a catch. Gets very busy so worth getting down early to get a spot despite the huge number of pegs available. Well managed fishery with really well maintained surroundings. It's about the strictest place I've fished with regard to bait but again a testament to the owners.

Had another great day on The Doughnut today had a dozen carp and a barbel on peg six. There is so much choice of water at Whitmore. They also have a cafe on site with great food and drink’s also there are toilets in there he cafe. All in all a great facility.

For people just start or getting back into fishing this place is brilliant, clean pegs good cafe and plenty of fish to catch.....

Fantastic local fisheries. Ponds, canals, lots of pegs and a lovely cafe with decent grub. An easy place to sit back relax and unwind. Fish are well looked after.

Fantastic day today at the Fishery at Whitmore. I fished on The Colliseum and caught 2 beautiful carp around the 5lb to 7lb mark, also had a few smaller ones and it's a great place to fish! Would highly recommend to anyone.

This place is fantastic! The lakes are amazing and stocked with every anglers dream. The venue is immaculate with plenty of parking and a cafe that serves great food at a great price. I can not fault this place in any way 5 stars from me

Beautiful ponds, cafe with disabled access and parking. Wonderful.

Been to a few fisheries. This is by far our favourite. Roll on the warmer weather. Started fishing in April 2019. We have been here at least 15 times. If not more.
