Customer service amazing. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our kit and equipment. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Quick with our orders, always informed or advised when ordering materials. Store always kept tidy and very well organised.

Brilliant. I was very vague (due to lack of knowledge) about what I wanted but the lovely lady and the very helpful bloke found me exactly what I needed.

Friendly staff

Not impressed, went to get two polo shirts, at £8.99 each, showed staff member the item on my phone with the code, then was told had 4 in stock, then said that will be £20, at which I told them how can that be when only £8.99, they then said glad you spotted that, [unbelievable], then was told only one left, at which I left the store, be careful when you use this store. It maybe teething problems as a new store and training new staff, so we will see.

Incompetent service. Ordered drill bits and knew some were not ready to collect. Went to collect first part and was advised to come back 90 min later and the rest would be there 100%. Went back to be told that they wont be here until tomorrow. When I asked for a refund I was advised to call head office which is just a farce when they could of dealt with the refund. Very poor for a new branch, wont rush back.
